O único ponto negativo foi o atendimento no Bar da piscina, onde fomos informados, na recepção do hotel e no informativo que nos foi entregue, que o horário de funcionamento seria até às 20:30h. O funcionário do Bar não quis nos atender às 20h. Declarou que o serviço estava encerrado.

Location was great. Hotel and Room were clean. Breakfast was good. The biggest drawback was no one speaks English, hard to communicate. Price wise, it was good deal to stay in clean hotel.

Atendimento excelente por todos os colaboradores, entre recepção, arrumação e limpeza, café da manhã entre outros. Excelente arrumação e limpeza do quarto, tivemos um contra tempo com a privada, qual resolvido prontamente. Ponto negativo, qual precisa de atenção urgente, barulho excessivo do compressor (motor) no ar condicionado, qual fica posicionado uns 10 Cm da janela lateral, onde causa grande desconforto durante a noite, devido a janela não ter vedação contra ruídos!

Prédio Novo, com muito potencial, porém alguns pontos deixam a desejar. No quarto só tem uma tomada, no banheiro a pia é minúscula, nem cabe uma escova de dente...espelhos super pequenos e box aberto por completo, molhando todo o banheiro. O quarto é minúsculo, pra um casal é desconfortável e sem espaço. O café da manhã poderia ter mais variedades tambem.

Check in/out rápidos, bom atendimento, instalações novas, estacionamento gratuito, bom café-da-manhã e bela piscina no topo. Sentimos falta de espelho e mais tomadas no quarto. Na aérea da piscina não há espaço algum protegido do sol, apenas um caramanchão sem cobertura. Também falta ainda serviço de bar na área.

Hotel quase perfeito, limpo e cheiroso, mobiliário novos e de ótima qualidade, café da manhã farto e com muita variedade de alimentos de ótima qualidade. Funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Cama extremamente confortável, tudo que se espera de um hotel. A única coisa a desejar foi o barulho do frigobar que me acordou várias vezes durante minha hospedagem, além do barulho de hóspedes com suas malas de rodinhas as 3 manhã. Tirando esse detalhe, seria perfeito. Voltarei mais vezes.
