Check in for this property is complicated. There are no clear signs where to check in. The property sends you a email a day prior wanting you to fill out complicated forms, then more forms when you check in. The apartment is nice, but everything is a hassle included the two locked door to have to get thru to get to your room

We have not stayed at this location due to the fact the pool was under reform. However, the staff was very nice and professional by letting us cancel our stay with no penalties.

My favourite place to stay in Joao Pessoa. Excellent location across the beach, modern hotel, having the use of a kitchen is a plus, parking available. Walking distance to shops, groceries. Accommodating staff. Comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi.

Horrible front desk

Its a nice apartment but not worth the stay here with all the crazy rules. You can’t use certain facilities such as the gym unless you have a “long stay”, whatever that means. They charged me a late checkout fee when I was simply waiting for a callback to see if I could use that gym. In addition, getting into the building is such a hassle with constant having to confirm information. Its too strict and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t come back here.

Local excepcional, apartamento confortavel e luxuoso, segurança 100%. Houve um erro de digitacao da placa do meu carro fazendo com que eu ficasse esperando por mais de 5 minutos na entrada da garagem para poder entrar e o acesso a internet wifi não funcionou nenhum dia que fiquei hospedado e o pessoal da recepção não deu muita importância a minha reclamação. Fora isso ocorreu tudo ok. Voltaria novamente sem dúvida

Bem localizado, próximo a praia, a área de lazer é muito boa, o apartamento é confortável. Apesar de ser uma área muito movimentada à noite, o apartamento tem um excelente isolamento acústico. Tudo de alto padrão, vale a pena.
