We are not free the have to be free access to the facility, there was no bottle water in the room, have to phone when you want to go out and come in the place just need a bit of pace lift floor as I’m someone with cynicism so I prefer tiled floor,you have to be given options of the room

I want my money back,I didn't even sleep there. The place was disorganised. The room I booked online was given to someone else. Please return my money because I have paid another hotel.
