I won't let any of my friend nor family to book.
My stay was unpleasant after reading the receipt information. As a female, I felt uncomfortable staying alone because the terms and conditions didn't hold me accountable for any risks.
NB All people entering this facility do so entirely at their own risk if I saw this I wouldn't even bother to book.
Had the worst experience of my life it felt like someone smoked and closed the doors and windows, everything was just uncomfortable not to mention the bed 😡 everything was just off

The trip was good enough for a good price. It was clean enough and the environment was fine.
Just that we did not get house keeping unfortunately and we did not recieve extra towels.
The shower as well was a bit bad, water did not come out right but overall it was great.
The service is very poor and the recipients are.rude. the place has controlled entrances however each timw you have to beg foe the gate to be open. No towels were given, hot water only in the mornings. Broken windows
The room was just a little bit dusty, as though it was last swept some two or three days ago or so. I made the mistake of pushing the bed aside so as to get close to the charger, and it was very dirty under the bed. There was dust as well as plastics and candy wrappers, and one unused diaper, just to say it wasn't cleaned. I had to ask for a broom and sweep it myself. The bathroom was beautiful and clean and also private. The receptionists were very helpful and very friendly. Other than the slight encounter with dirt, I would definitely stay there again.
I was surprised at how clean and well taken care of the place looked when I walked in because of the area it was placed in.The room was nice and clean and it had a welcoming feel to it. The staff was very friendly and helpful at the hotel. In overall my partner and I was very happy with the place and we will return again
We took a taxi to the location and when we get there we were told that it is been renovated and we taken to a different location.. Very noisy gate opening the whole night.
I went to check-in and they wouldn't let me through the gate. I was told that they are fully booked even though I had a reservation and it was paid for. I ended up having to having to drive around in order to find a place to stay last minute.

The area where it is located is dangerous and dirty.
The sheets are not changed.
First thing they hide the true location of the hotel which is Yeovil the worst place you can stay while on holiday, dirt and crime are rife. We booked for 13 nights but we spent time travelling around South Africa and when we returned they had opened our door and rebooked our room. I lost a pair of my son's shoes. When we confronted them they said because we didn't see you for a few days and they where very rude and didn't want to assign us another room, even though it was under theirinsistence that we leave the keys at the lodge because we would be charged a few if the key was to be lost. When they allocated us another room after an hour of kicking fuss and other customers joining in. The room was dirt and has no toilet paper. They said they had no spare toilet roll because the room was not booked. We left with them still pretending to call their colleague who opened our door and took out the shoes. Unless you want to spoil your holiday please book them, they are thieves
