"Stayed at the hotel for 5 days and we agreed while checking in that on 3rd day the room will be cleaned. It took 5 reminders for them to clean the room and it was almost a day late from the promised. After cleaning we had lipstick stained glasses given as clean and floor and sink drain not working. We needed to use towels to dry the bathroom floor due drain not working, asked for extra towels which we never got. Also the hallways at the hotel were super untidy. After stay sent a message about these issues via Hotels app and then e-mail and it over a week and reminder for them to reply."
