The space is one bed one bath with a modern farmhouse chic design. Thoughtfulness and care go into every design and item that go into our spaces. We have set up these spaces with our guest's 5-star experience in mind. Also, this space is pet friendly!

Our guests our able to access these apartments by an electronic lock that is on the door. We send out the code to the door the day before your arrival.

We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park. Highly recommend.

The location of this property is ideal if you are wanting a place close to ETSU, restaurants and downtown Johnson City. The neighborhood seems to be 'up and coming' and primarily residential, but it is quiet. We stayed in #6, which is small and quaint but very comfortable. Great amenities and an excellent place for a quick visit.
