i booking Boutique Superior Room , but the stand he think i am stupid , give me the superior room .
but the time already 12am , i tired .
so i just sleep on the Bad room.
Poor services & low maintenance hotel. It took the front counter lady 35 mins for check-in procedures. Number pages of paper being printed out and request us to sign page-by-page (and it's printed wrongly - selected Expedia which we have identified ourselves and showed booking under Hotels.com). Room condition was terrible, bed was flatten and can feel the spring coils.
Pathetic front desk reception. Too slow. Not responding to queries. Smelly n dirty hallway. Gave only 1access card when room occupied by two. When doors n lift requires access card. One occupant gone out another left in the dark n without aircond. 2nd card requires deposit of rm50. Never experience such service from other hotels before. Hose absurd with switch on the floor. Wifi sucks. Vicinity internal n external very dirty
During arrival the reception told us that we haven't booked our room although we have booked through hotel.com
The reception told us that if we insists want the room we have to pay by cash.actually the payment had been charge through our credit card.this has made we feel dispointed and unhappy
