For the price, the room is not bad, with the very basic necessities provided. Noticed a security guard on duty so the place is quite secured

Hmm well the good review on this hotel seem wide of the mark with the hotel being one of the poorer ones on the area compared to Oyo hotel. Bit dated smelly rooms and poor food choices the hotel does not offer much however I have to be fair and say the price is cheap

First off Parking outside also get summon Dunno how Malaysia works and no free parking from hotel The Malaysian guy service is worst , totally no customer service at all Dunno Indian or Malay and work night shift Check in also need wait he smoke 2 cigg outside and total took 30 min plus before he check in Slow and unprofessional , no matter whatever the reasons .

Good hotel in a difficult location.
Nice hotel in a poor location. My room, their top of the line room, was nice and large but lacked a refrigerator and cable TV, meaning there were virtually no channel choices. Good AC. Decent breakfast with no choices on the pleasant roof top but by 8AM the juice was watered down with huge amounts of melted ice. Instant coffee, tea and water are the only other drink choices. The neighborhood is terrible, maybe safe but literally every other building on a 400 yard long street is shuttered by 6PM and the street is completely dark with no street lighting. During the day there is a sketchy looking restaurant at the end of the block. You will need to either take a half mile+ walk or a taxi to get food or drink. No mini-mart at all in the neighborhood and nothing available on site, yet it would be so easy to have food and cold drink vending machines in the "executive" room, which with room fridges would cover some of the problems.

I like the location, not too far away from town and the places I wanted to go. Hotel was fine but just a few comments, a few more choices for breakfast I guess? One item is too little and the time for breakfast needs to be reworked too.
