Good, short getaway
Hyatt place is conveniently connected to Paradigm Mall via Ground level. The breakfast was great! We had triple share and the sofa bed was different than expected. The housekeeping staff just laid white sheets over the sofa, but it wasn’t uncomfortable - we were only concerned about the cleanliness. The 3 lifts - we had to let several lifts passed because it was full during breakfast timing and even at 9.30pm at night. Doesn’t help that one of the lifts stopped operating after 9.30pm, and only 2 lifts go to the carpark. Location - Albeit being conveniently located next to the mall, the drive towards Hyatt and the drive LEAVING Hyatt was always bad. There’s constantly traffic and could take us 30mins to leave the vicinity of the hotel.

Staff are nice and very helpful. The check in counter very polite and helpful, the customer service helpline answered all our queries and help with our request-Our request was sent and attended promptly. Overall is a nice experience to stay here.

Comfort stay for a family of 3
Clean and spacious room. Didn't have to request for extra bed or bring a sleeping bag as the service staff would set up the sofa bed with sheets and provide extra pillow and blanket. Property is conveniently located just above the mall and there is a durian stall in front of the property ❤️ Great choice for a family of 3 👍

Great location near sutera mall
Great stay for family! Choose 2 single beds room for bigger bed instead of king size. Lots of activities for children age less than 12 years old. They prepare for a birthday cake for my son too! Great service.
