Average but budget stay
Location amenities not so bad but i book 3 room queen and end up only got 2 queen and 1 room is 2 single bed . Reason from staff said hotel.com only show reservation 1 booking . No mini fridge.
The light at the corridor even most of the lobby lights are off And the staff saying coz boss wan to save electric.Not worth to money and picture is just really for referenc only.
Had a huge delay at check in as staff insisted there was no booking and asks us to call hotels.com by ourselves. Finally checked in and feel the sheets were not very clean. Room was alright. But I feel the standards are dropping as compared to my future stays!
Located along shophouses with massage shops and cafes that opens till late. Check in is fast and easy. But the room was disappointing as the toilet was not cleaned properly. Clumps of hair on room floor. Floor mat was abit dirty. Toilet bowl wasn’t flushed, with used cigarette butt and yellow substance all round the toilet bowl and sink. We were grossed out but since staying for one night only, we didn’t make a fuss and just cleaned up the toilet ourselves.
Affordable hotel with 4 comfortable pillows. (not all hotels provide good quality pillows, 4 SOMEMORE!!) I am a regular at Marion I personally likes Marion as compared to other hotels in Jb. For a chill night is more than worth. Not to worry if you drive, there is a guard pacik who'll look after your vehicle at night. Also, even if you doesn't drive you can grab right? What's more important than the hotel to be clean and comfy? Oh but a tip, not sure why lately Marion Hotel has quite a few mozzies. If you see 1 in your room so not hesitate to alarm the counter staff about it ya.
Overall, I have a wonderful experience during our stay in the hotel, it was so quiet, very neat, i love the shower there is a hot and cold. I sleep so well. Its very convenient to us cus its near to the mall.

Need to improve on the air quality. Can smell cigarrette and some kind of mouldy smell
Basic clean room if a bit small. The staff were friendly. Overall, comfortable stay and good value for money.
One minus is that no kettle is provided. For hot water, you have to get it from the dispenser at the reception, which is a bit of a hassle.
Location is not bad. There are a few nice cafes along the same stretch (Lavendar, Seven Oaks). Taman Sri Tebrau hawker center is just a short walk away. KSL mall is walkable (maybe 15-20 min), but on a hot sunny afternoon, it's better to catch a Grab ride -- cost me only RM5.
