Two properties that join the hotel property were unmowed and unkept. Being that yoh are a pet friendly hotel and charge $15 per night, I would have expected a better option for walking our dog. I am grateful for the small patch of grass between Arby's and the parking lot. Possibly you may consider fencing in an area with grass, for dog, if yoh are going to charge for their stay.

I was charged a security deposit for no reason.

Stay went fine but I was billed for a deposit and nothing was damaged. So I’m a little angry.

They got the most important things right in that my room was clean and the service was good. The property itself, however, was not very well kept. The front door at check in was broken, the hallways were dirty, and the continental breakfast was completely unappealing. Overall, I got what I paid for as the price was fair. I would crash here again on a road trip, but not bring my family.

Pool was dirty. My son pulled a qtip out of the pool. Hot tob was just slightly warmer than the pool. I fried the floor up in our room after swimming and the towel was black. Our ceiling in the bathroom leaked bad. You could see it holding the water. Best set is to drive 30 min further, for a much nicer hotel.

Wasn’t in best condition. They are in process of a remodel. Lady said they had just got all new beds and furniture. That was believable in 2nd room we got. Pretty sure 1st room had some “bugs’” Second room was cleaner and we found no bugs of any kind. Still worried us. So, paranoid whole time.

Booked a room thru Travelocity. Put other travelers name on room, like i have done hundreds of times, even at this location the prior week. Manager refused to allow him to check in. When i called, they said it would be an additional $60 since i booked via the app.

Jasmine has awesome hospitality skills at the front desk. Floor in bathroom a bit slippery even with rubber sole shoes.

They were painting during our stay and our windows were covered with plastic and tape. The inside was repainted and the doors would stick because of the poor painting. There were cigarette butts left on the grounds outside our door from the painters!

Overnight stay with our grandchildren. Staff was very accommodating asked for joining rooms on bottom floor it was no. Thought I had a problem in are room they came immediately turn out customer error. Staff was very courteous we enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast
