Other Things to Note:
**NOTE: Pool Heat is $195 for each day it is running. The pool will be heated to 88 degrees and takes approximately 15 hours to reach this temperature. Full payment for the pool heat must be provided in advance ( Pool heat must be paid for 24 hours prior to check in. Pool heat MUST be paid for the entire duration of stay ). Let us know in in advance so we can set it up for your stay!

** NOTE: Given that this home is located in the desert, it is very common to see bugs or critters in this area. It is normal that you may see some bugs inside the house, especially if doors/windows are left open. Bugs/dirt can also often fly into the pool as well. As this is out of our control, we will not be accepting refunds for these specific concerns. A net is left near the pool for guests to use. The pool is professionally cleaned weekly.

** NOTE: If heavy rain is experienced, please be warned that your vehicle may get stuck on non-paved roads, and on dirt backcountry roads, which may have mud, washouts, & other hazards.

** NOTE: Early Check in and Late Check out
- Feel free to reach out to us to first to check the availability. The first hour of early check-in or late check-out is complimentary, and each additional hour is $35.

** NOTE: Local weather can push dirt/bugs into the pool despite the cleaning that occurs weekly.

** NOTE: Due to the home's location there may be times where the internet is slow or unreliable.

** NOTE: The outdoor firepit does work. The indoor fireplaces are unusable.

**NOTE: We provide two rolls of paper towels and 8 rolls of toilet paper. Make sure to bring extra if you feel you will need more.

** NOTE: Your fur baby is welcome in our home! If you plan to brings any Pets make sure to disclose this now to save on the Pet Fees! Pet Fees are $99/pet if reported before check-in and $200/pet if observed on the property but not paid for prior to check-in.
