Resort amenities include several swimmig pools, hot tubs, waterfalls and children's shallow pool. 24 hour fitness center, Duke's Beach House Restaurant, Aina Gourmet Market, Whaler's General Store and Ho'ola Spa are all on site.
TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.712% and Transient Tax is 13.25% effective as of Jan 1, 2024 to be paid on all transient accommodations. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). (The higher rate of 17.962% applies to all departures after 01/01/2024) regardless of when the property was booked.

Should owner succeed in re-booking any portion of the reserved dates, we'll be glad to refund any pro-rata share, less 30% cancellation Fee. If there were fees paid for payment processing, it will be deducted from the total***

Guests have access to all the Honua Kai Resort amenities subject to availability.
$15.00+tax/day for parking for a second car. Maximum 2 parking spaces/condo.
Stays 14 nights or longer will require a linen exchange service paid by the guest.
Bed in the third bedroom can be converted to two twins beds upon request. Cleaners charge $45.00 plus tax for this service.
