The Kaanapali Resort is located on the World Famous Kaanapali Beach which has been voted the Best Beach in the World by Conde de Neste Magazine for several years in a row. The location is prime! It is also a short drive away from Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay.

The Garden Pool has been renovated with an array of fun features including a new hot tub, multi-color LED lighting at night, waterfalls, tropical garden and other aquatic features. Anniversary Trip to Maui
We had previously stayed at this resort 5 years ago (at a different unit) so we knew the lay of the land and the area and wanted to return. The location is truly great because restaurants, food trucks and grocery store are within walking distance. When we arrived at the condo, the door code did not work. This made us a little nervous at first because we had groceries with us that needed to be put into the refrigerator. We texted the property manager and within minutes he sent us a new code. So that was a relief! We entered and found things "OK". but there was a few things that were obvious that house keeping seriously missed. We decided to ask the property manager to have the quilt/coverlet on the bed changed out since there appeared to have been blood along with a few other stains on it. He replied again quickly and said he would have someone come take care of it immediately. We think he came personally to change it out because within a half of an hour he came knocking on the door with a new quilt. Very much appreciated! Again, there were a few other items that did need some attention but we chose to not even bother with those things because we truly just wanted to enjoy our stay and relax as we had traveled almost 24 hours to get there. The pictures on the listing do not show the beautiful view from the balcony well enough. It was so nice and was probably our favorite spot. Overall- a great stay and the property manager was very accommodating

Amazing vacation at a perfect location.
We totally enjoyed our stay at this amazing location. The grounds were so beautiful with the sounds of birds and the plants. The pool especially the garden pool is so beautiful and tranquil. The restaurant on site is very convenient. Has the best pool size smoothies for kids and adults. The beach out front is good for boogie boarding and also snorkeling with amazing sunsets. We were really sad to have to leave and go home.

Great property over all! Only a few issues we had, the shower water only works at certain points and you must turn it a few times before it will come out hot. There’s lots of dead spots. The AC kicks in really hard during the day and then during the night shuts off so you wake up really hot. Over all tho we would stay again. The pools are great and you can walk to the beach. The room it’s self met our needs so we were happy

Great property with convenient access to many activities
The property was just as described. Very convenient to Kaanapali beach as well as some of our favorite snorkeling locations a little further north. The pools and on site amenities were very nice and there was a fabulous local craft fair on site while we were there. Got some very nice gifts to bring home The only complaint is that the mattress was not very comfortable. Might be time for a new one.

This is the perfect condo for a couple looking to get away! The best thing about this property is all the amenities on the resort. A great bar/restaurant, 2 pools to choose from, a coffee bar, and beautiful beach access.

Loved the property and location, and would stay again. Did not like the unit itself, and would not rebook this unit. The location is awful, next to the garbage and recycle bins which woke us up every morning. The seals on the sliding doors were broken and you can hear everything, all night long, and we were left with one small soap bar, for 3 people, 6 nights. I own two VRBOs and I would never leave my clients with no soap.

Perfect getaway!
Check-in was very simple and easy with no hassle. A great room with a stunning overlook of the ocean. Cleanliness wasn’t an issue. Only issue was the AC unit did not function properly. Overall it was a great stay for the perfect getaway!

I am a senior and I asked for an ADA room did not get it and the room was broken, A/C not working. When they got it working It blew at the bed the water faucet in the tub shower constantly ran no place to hang clothes because it was filled with junk worst place ever drapes did not open I knew there was construction but I could not open the window to get air with no AC

Easy check in for a great start to the vacation
We have stayed at this resort before. However, it was our first time renting from somewhere like VRBO. The room was way bigger than I expected which was a plus! It was clean and they provided laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. My only complaint is that there was no safe in the room and it gets very windy at night, causing the sliding door to make a ton of noise. 10/10 experience.

We loved most things about this property; the grounds are gorgeous and the room was spacious with a full kitchen. The only issue I had was the shower. I'm only 5"6' and the showerhead was head-level, and the water pressure was very low.

My condo was a shambles. Headboard wasn't connected to anything. Screen door kept falling off so it was hanging off the balcony. Constantly rattling sliding glass doors.

Lovely stay with a couple hiccups
The apartment is exactly as described and the manager answered us immediately. Communication beforehand was also very good. Everyone was very nice, parking is really great View (over another building off lanai to ocean and out kitchen to tennis courts) are nice. Corner unit is also a nice feel. Pools are really nice. Quiet location next to tennis courts but the game sounds didn’t bother us. On-site restaurant is super convenient and groceries and other stores are right across the street. Had 3 days without water during daytime but they gave us a refund that addressed the inconvenience. We had a bit of bad timing with pest control appointments and windows being cleaned but again management addressed it to our satisfaction. Overall a great stay, property a little tired but the other amenities more that made up for it. Would recommend it and would stay there again.
