トラブルが起きた時のホテルとHotels.comの対応に大変不快感を感じました
rewardを使用してお得にネット予約をしチェックインを18:05から18:10にした際、「予約が有りません」と言われました。予約完了と振り込み確認のメールを見せながらの説明を約1時間した際に、「うちに泊まるのにこの金額ではね〜」「部屋は用意するけど食事は系列店の食事(このホテルの半額のホテル)になる」「Hotel’s.comとの取引はない」というような言い方をされて終始信用されずに居ました。Hotels.comのお客様センターに電話しても自動音声のみで通じず、チャットもしばらくお待ちくださいの返信のみで助けになってはくれませんでした。後で判明されたことですが、エクスペディアとリンカーン間の通信障害の為、一時的に予約内容がホテル側に反映されない旨のFAXが18:00にはホテル側に送信されていました。ネット予約がホテルのシステムに反映されていない状況でも、マニュアルで調べる方法があるそうですが、Hotels.comとは取引がないという先入観があったせいで、私が何度説明しても結果調べてはもらえませんでした。最終的には、ホテルの責任者に連絡したら私の予約を直ぐに確認する事は出来たのですが...

야타야 쇼토엔에서의 3박은 환상~~
3일간의 조식과 저녁 가이세키 요리는 일본인들의 음식에대한 생각을 읽을 수 있어서 좋았구 한가한 온천탕엣의 여유 아직도 눈에 그려집니다. 뒤로 보이는 호수는 야경도 좋았구요

料理がとても良い
夕食は広々とした個室で頂けます。庭からは庭園が眺められ，とても贅沢な気分で食事がとれました。また料理は一品一品見た目も美しく味もとても美味しかったです。スタッフの方は皆さん本当に丁寧で，また親切でした。このお値段でこの内容はかなりお得だと思います。お部屋も広く，眺めも湖が見渡せて気持ちよかったです。

静かな雰囲気の中
静かな雰囲気の中、露天風呂でゆっくりできました。食事も個室で食べることができ量もたくさんあり満足。ホテルスタッフも皆元気よく親切でした。露天風呂もきれいに整備されており良かったと思います。
