Rooms are clean and functional. My room had a view of Sakurajima. Rooms facing the train tracks will have noise, so bring ear plugs. Location is easy 1-minute walk from train station. You also have easy access to AMU Plaza shopping mall, which has so many dining options and a ferris wheel. Also, easy underground access to AEON grocery store.

They combined our double rooms knowing that we are a family. We stayed on the highest floor (level 14) with an awesome view. spacious room with all amenities. well insulated and we didn't need the AC heater. they provide breakfast every morning, and you can take the food up to your room. Very hospitable~

"Living conditions" refers to the circumstances of a person's life—shelter, food, clothing, safety, access to clean water, and such. I don't think "life conditions" is an idiomatic phrase. An alternative might be "conditions for life," which refers to circumstances needed for physical or biological life to exist—water, energy, a suitable environment, and such.
