The hotel staff was outstanding! They met my request for an upper floor, but we changed it to a first floor room due to the volume of luggage we had. They were so accommodating with whatever worked best for us. Fe at the front desk was totally focused on ensuring we had a nice stay. The airport shuttle was exactly on time. The attached restaurant had incredible bbq ribs too!

The room was very good, but its location was terrible. Even with an elevator we still had to lift our luggage up a few steps to enter and exit the building. ( No bell service) Our room was located about 70 yards from the elevator.

Such a cute, quaint old-school hotel. The rooms are really really small but a lot of care. The bathroom is large, wonderful shower. We stayed here 6 yrs ago and it’s much improved. The property is so nice, huge pool, all sorts of lawn games available. Even beautiful gas fire pits and seating. For us it’s a one night stay before flying out of Maui. The staff is friendly and helpful and the property is immaculate. Very family friendly.

Our room was just remodeled. They did an excellent job with the design and the finishes. We especially liked the backlighting along the headboard and on the bathroom mirror. Each evening they lit fire pits by the poolside. Very nice touch. The only issue we encountered was the small and tight parking spaces, sometimes crawling out the passenger seat to exit the car.

Centrally located hotel at a good price point!
The Maui Seaside Hotel was centrally located, clean, and nice to stay at. The staff I had contact with were beyond, friendly and professional! A joy to deal with. I used to stay at the Maui Seaside for work, and I enjoyed staying there this time, for pleasure. I didn't eat at the restaurant, because I went out with friends for every meal, however, each time I walked by the hotel restaurant, tantalizing smells were wafting out of it! The food smelled wonderful! All in all, a 10 out of 10 experience!
