This is a newly custom designed and remodeled 4 bdr - 3 bath - 2 kitchens home in one of the best neighborhoods of Oahu and Kailua. I designed this home with lots of love and care with furniture and high quality flooring and materials shipped form the main land and various countries around the world. There is a studio attached to the house, which can be used as a master suite with its own full bathroom and kitchen. The house is spacious & full of light - with beautiful living room, kitchen & dining areas. We also have a movie room with comfortable sofa and relaxing atmosphere. Both kitchens future new appliances. Each room has its own AC & ceiling fans. Wireless internet, 3 TVs and 2 Apple TVs. Beautiful & relaxing yard with outdoor furniture. Desk with a computer screen to connect to your laptop and printer for those that need office space.
3min walk to stunning sunrise beach view. 1min drive to grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks. 10min drive to Whole Foods, restaurants, yoga. 5-10 min drive to Kailua Beach. 10-15min drive to Lanikai Beach. 20-25 min to airport.
