SPACIOUS ONE BEDROOM, ONE AND A HALF BATHROOM CONDO WITH FABULOUS OCEAN VIEW IS CASA DE EMDEKO, UNIT 318, IN KAILUA-KONA. A unit where guests can enjoy the view of the magnificent sunsets from the large lanai all year long. The condo is situated well back from Alii Drive so the only sounds heard are those of the waves. This unit features tile floors, master bedroom with ensuite that includes a shower, dual sinks and a washer/dryer. A half bath has been added for convenience.

The kitchen features an open view of the ocean, granite countertops and Hawaiian koa wood cabinetry. There is a king size bed and flat screen TV in the bedroom and a queen size Murphy bed and large flat screen TV in the living room. The condo includes wireless internet access and free long distance calling to US Mainland and Canada. The condo includes everything you desire for a special and relaxing stay in Kona.

Casa De Emdeko is an oceanfront condo complex located on Alii Drive just 2 miles from downtown Kona. This popular complex features two swimming pools, an ocean front man made beach and a common area to include Gas BBQ Grills dining tables and a covered cabana. One pool is on the ocean's edge and a second chlorine pool is located mid-way through the property. There is a beautifully manicured courtyard area with a wide variety of tropical plants, trees, flowers and water features.

*Please note that this complex has frequent temporary water shut offs. There will be no compensation for water shut offs.

*RENOVATION NOTICE: The garden pool has been scheduled for renovation beginning Monday, February 3, 2025. Barring any unforeseen issues, the pool is expected to be closed for approximately 6 weeks. The ocean pool is unaffected and will be open and available.

Another great stay!
We loved this property and had stayed here before in a different unit. This time was even better, as the condo was updated and had everything we needed. Great views, good beds, very clean, very comfortable & easy to access, close to Kona and to good snorkeling. Check in was simple and we felt welcomed. Can’t wait to return!

You can hear the ocean from the bedroom even with the windows closed-it's great! The condo is VERY well stocked-dishes, office supplies, beach gear. Only problem we had was finding the exact unit-not sure how to help with the directions. We are able bodied ppl but someone with mobility problems would have problems with the distance/steps from parking. My husband was disappointed that there wasn't a lounge chair on the lanai like in the pics. We would definitely stay here again-the sunsets were outrageous!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. There is a great ocean sunset view from the balcony. In fact, there is a great ocean view even sitting inside on the couch. There is another ocean view outside the front door. The ocean waves lulled us to sleep at night. The furniture was all comfortable and the condo had pretty decor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we wanted for cooking. We enjoyed the pools and little beach area. There was a closet with beach equipment - chairs, umbrella, cooler. It was a little difficulty getting our luggage to and from the car because, even though there is an elevator, there are about five little series of steps that you have to lug the suitcases over. We would stay here again.

Great Condo
Stayed here for 6 days. Condo worked out great. Beautiful view from the balcony. Kids loved the pools. Location was excellent. The condo itself was perfect for us. Well stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Kitchen set up nicely with many dishes and utensils. Master bedroom/bath were large and clean also had a half bath that was great for a family. Washer/dryer worked well. Overall great stay and the price was very reasonable. Loved that you could book it for less than 7 days which allowed for some scheduling flexibility

Great property
This is a wonderful apartment in a great location. The refrigerator smelled awful so I did not use it. Property manager insisted it was my problem and there is no smell. She did get cleaners in. Hopefully the problem is resolved.

Amazing location and condo
We were so impressed with this condo and resort, it is exactly as advertised. It is an updated unit and is well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. The resort is well maintained and quiet. This unit is second from the ocean and we loved to watch the dolphins and whales during the day and spectacular sunsets all from the lanai. We had the best vacation and would definitely return to this property in the future.
