Enjoy your vacation at this Ali'i Cove townhome. Decorated in an elegant island style, this 3 bed, 3 bath end unit is designed for comfort and ease. Located on Ali'i Drive, Ali'i Cove is conveniently near shops, restaurants, and activities in downtown Kailua Kona.

This condo is beautifully designed to have multiple places where you can enjoy friends and family. After a long day of work or play, relax yourself in the massage chair in the loft, curl up to a movie on the 42' flat screen TV and surround sound system, or recall the day's events over a glass of wine on the lanai.

The spacious master bedroom on the second floor features a King bed, a walk in closet, and a private lanai where you get a glimpse of the ocean and can tell how very close you are to it. Enjoy the ocean breezes and cook up a quick meal on the lanai grill, or whip something up in the kitchen featuring granite counter tops and Whirlpool appliances. Soak up the tropical sun and stunning blue waters of Kona at Honl Beach located across the street. Then take a break from the heat and retreat inside to enjoy central a/c or pop over to the complex pool, spa, & gym. No matter what's on your agenda, find yourself at home and at ease in this beautiful island condo.

We love Alii Cove and this large unit didn’t disappoint!
Lots of space. Well equipped (kitchen and beach stuff) Great lanai for lunch and dinner. Alii Cove’s pool is fantastic. Manager at Alii Cove and rental agency were very helpful. We will rent again this unit for our next trip!

Hawaii Heaven!
Our family of six truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. This condo is an end unit and provided plenty of privacy. The condo was spacious, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The two living areas and the loft upstairs gave us plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to cook regular meals. Eating in and taking lunches in the coolers saved money to buy treats like Tropical Dreams ice cream, Shave Ice, Hula Pie and Malasadas. Make sure to visit Costco. Groceries are quite expensive on the island. Everyone reported that the beds were comfortable. While there is air conditioning, there are also ceiling fans and floor fans if you prefer fresh air or want to save on the electric bill. The deck off the living room and primary bedroom provided a lovely place to eat or relax. We enjoyed seeing the many birds and geckos that visited now and then and the lovely plants and flowers that adorn the landscape. Having a pool was fabulous to come home each day and take a swim after the day's activities. Beach supplies were a bonus! Less equipment to rent. The condo was conveniently located for a walk into town or a drive to beach locations north and south in Kona and Kohala. While the condo complex is large, it is very quiet. The pool was never very crowded and had it to ourselves several times. Honl's beach in just down the street about a five minute walk to practice yoga in the morning and view the sunset in the evenings. Staying for a month gave us plenty of time to explore the wonders of this large island. Make sure to visit the east side and definitely the Volcano National Park. While we stayed for the month, it was very difficult to leave. If we get the opportunity to return, we would definitely book this property. Paul was very helpful with any questions and very responsive in a timely manner. Mahlo, Paul, for the vacation of a lifetime!

Dream come true
We absolutely LOVED staying at the Ali'i Cove condo. It's beautiful, spacious, and has everything you could need. The location couldn't have been better with the beach across the street and the bar/restaurant center just a quick walk up the road. Would definitely stay again!
