Tämä OCEANFRONT monimutkainen, vieressä Kona Country Club, jossa on kaksi 18 reiän golfkenttää, istuu 17 prime eekkeriä kookospalmuja, rehevä trooppinen landsacpaes ja ruoho volley-pallokenttä.
Olemme 5 kilometrin etelään Kailua / Kona, 25 meripeninkulmaa etelään Kona International Airport ja ovat helppo kävellä ostosmahdollisuuksia, ravintoloita, multiplex elokuvateatterin, ja Kahaluu Beach, luultavasti paras snorklaus ranta saarella!

Keauhou-Kona Surf ja Racquet Club on yksityinen, aidatulla, puutarha-tyyliin yhteisö. On kolme valaistu profesional tenniskenttää (Ei maksuja käytöstä tuomioistuimet), iso uima-allas, jonka vieressä paviljonki, ja toinen paviljonki lähellä meidän yksikkö kaasu ja hiili grillit ja piknikpöytien.

Meidän kaksikerroksinen yksikkö on kolmantena (ylimmässä) kerroksessa. Meidän Lanai on 40 metrin päässä merestä. Voit nauttia kauniista auringonlaskuista, valaat, delfiinit, kalastusaluksia, ja melojille. Näkemyksemme ulottuu golfkenttä viiden kilometrin Kailua Kona.

Meidän huoneisto on korkeat holvikatot ja kattotuuletin kaikissa huoneissa tuuletin ja sävyjä lanai. Se on kokonaan uusittu ja päivitetty. Meillä on uusi keittiö laskurit, liesi, nieluja, ja suihkut. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, joka näyttää ulos merelle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Kolmas makuuhuone on kaksi erillistä vuodetta.

Ominaisuuksia tämän huoneistoa ovat: puhelin, kaapeli-TV, DVD / VCR, stereo / CD, sisäänrakennettu mikroaaltouuni, pesukone ja kuivaaja, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, käsi mikseri, täysin mukana keittiö ruokailuvälineet ja liinavaatteet. Meillä on rajoittamaton suuri siemen (langaton) kaapeli internet modeemi kannettavan tietokoneen antaa sinulle enemmän aikaa sen jälkeen surffailuun nauttia Kona. Toinen ja kolmas makuuhuonetta, tv samoin.

Wonderful Condo with Awesome Oceanfront Patio

The unit was perfect for our party of 6, including 3 adults and 3 teens. The ocean right beneath our patio was beautiful and we spent a lot of time there. Unfortunately there were some negative problems the owner should address. The unit does need updating somewhat. My husband spent our 1st hours there cleaning! The fans were just coated with dust and debris. The hairdryers didn't work because they were clogged up with dirt and hair. The kitchen, although well stocked, didn't have any free cabinet space to store our groceries. We had to pile them on the counters and dining table. And when you are feeding a party of 6, you need the storage room. All the closets were so cluttered with junk on the floors, that we found limited space to hang clothes. We did apprentice that there were plenty of beach gear and towels, but they just need to be more organized. With a little declutterring this place would be perfect!

Great choice

Great condo. Could not be closer to the water. The pics are very accurate. We even saw humpback whales from the balcony! Great location on south side of Kona. The kitchen was well-equipped, and many pool/beach items were available for use during stay.

Very roomy, great location and on site amenities. Walking distance from beach, stores and restaurants. Cleanliness was ok but not great. Could use some minor repairs. AC would be nice. Overall a very good value!

Best View in Kona

The location was great, the unit is great size and accommodated our family of 6 nicely. The view straight off the lanai is great and saw beautiful sunsets every night. Honestly, never even turned on the tv once. The kitchen was supplied well enough and the grilling area was always with friendly travellers. Great stay and will consider again if going back to Kona.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this wonderful condo. Everything we needed was supplied. The sunset were incredible. The location of the condo was so convenient to shopping, bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Too hot

This place could be a real gem. Unfortunately, it needs a little TLC and the lack of Air Conditioning is a killer. The temps were in the mid 80's with little to no breeze. The Master was OK, but the guest bedroom and the loft were very uncomfortable. If you want to sleep in, in those rooms, forget it. With the windows open the traffic noise and the birds will undoubtedly wake you at 6:00 am. So we had to hit the sack by 9:30 to get sleep but it was still way too warm at that time. Yes, the views on the Lanai are great and the square footage is very nice, but there is way more to a week's stay than those two things. I was expecting better for the price we paid.

A lovely family holiday in a great location

This condo was exactly as described. It was clean. The view of the sunset every night, cocktail in hand, was a high point. Listening to the ocean breaking against the rocks soothed some of our party. Location is good for snorkelling with a number of good snorkelling beaches nearby, and only half an hour to the famous "2-step" beach. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool, and our 3-year-old enjoyed floating there too. Kailua-kona has plenty of places to eat. And there's the coffee shack on the way back from 2-step. There's a shopping area just up the road. There was more than enough living space for our party of 5. If we were coming back, we'd be happy to stay here again.

Great view did not disappoint; but accommodations did!

Our party of 7 (6 adults and 1 adolescent) stayed in this unit for the week of 18-25 Aug 2024. Our unanimous opinion is that we will not return. Lacked adequate ventilation. Don't even think about staying here in August (and probably not July and September, too). No breeze from 2 PM to almost 2 AM. Air flow through the unit was ok in the master BR if the door was left open, and ok in the living room. But the 2nd BR downstairs and the 3rd BR in the loft (tiny twin beds) were uncomfortably warm all night. The fans were filthy!! and did not help much. Lacked adequate cleanliness. Yes, the floors were clean, but all the bed linen and towels had a musty smell. The gasket on the washing machine was covered in rotting mildew that required 3 cleanings with a strong cleaner before we could run a load of laundry through it. Lots of utensils required a thorough cleaning so we washed all silverware, glasses, cups, saucers, and plates before using any of them. The oven needed to be cleaned, and we left it the way we found it. This unit has a good location and great view, but needs maintenance, replacement of worn out items, and a thorough cleaning of just about everything.

Wonderfull place to stay

I loved this property with the ocean right off the back of the balcony. I enjoyed laying in bed listening to the waves. It was a short drive to stores, outdoor market and some of the sites we wanted to visit. I will stay here if it’s available on future visits.

Great view

When we arrived, we took off our shoes and walked around the unit. We were appalled to see that the bottoms of our feet were black with dirt from the floor tile. The place definitely needs some TLC. The fans were filthy and the furniture dirty. The view from the lanai was wonderful.

Would absolutely rent again

Roomy three bedroom apartment right on the water. Breeze off the ocean kept the condo a very comfortable temperature. Condo complex amenities (pool, tennis, pickleball, outdoor seating) was easily accessed and uncrowded. There is a good selection if restaurants and shops within two miles. The night swim with the manta rays was a short five minute drive. A must do. Everyone( three retired couples) really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous Stay! The pictures in the listing are very accurate

We traveled to Kona with 2 friends this trip and stayed at the listing. I was thrilled with the accuracy of the photos and views! The condo was beautifully furnished, there were ample towels and linens. The kitchen had every appliance and implement you would need if you wanted to cook for the week, not that we did. There were boogie boards, beach towels, and lots of other things we did not need. The views from the lanai are incredible. We sat on the balcony every available moment. The main bedroom opens onto the balcony/lanai and you hear the surf all night long. The unit was clean and the directions for trash, recycling were very accurate. Washer, dryer, dishwasher, large fridge with icemaker and filtered water, hair dryers in each bathroom along with basic shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap. Some spices and condiments. Any communication with the owners was very quick. We had no issues during the stay and absolutely plan to return. The location was convenient to everything. Shopping is available at the top of the hill, along with 2 wonderful restaurants Tropics and Sunset View (I think).

We had a delightful stay at this gorgeous unit. The view and sunsets on the lanai were unparalleled. It was wonderful to have 3 separate bedrooms with the 3 baths for the 6 of us and we never felt crowded.

Ocean view amazing!

We picked this condo to be able to sit on the lanai and see and hear the ocean & it is amazing! We also needed a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit which is very hard to find that close to the ocean. Loved having a reserved parking spot right next to our unit. There were a couple minor maintenance issues ( closet door off track, curtain pulley needing repair) When we notified the host, they said they would be fixed after we left as we requested that. We would definitely stay here again because we love being so close to the ocean and spent lots of time on the lanai enjoying the view.

Another great visit

This was probably the 12th time we have stayed at Wit & Darlene's condo, so there's no doubt that we enjoy staying here. They have always been very responsive to any issues that need to be addressed, and you can't beat the location and the views from the lanai. We're looking forward to our return next year! Perfect location for a family to vacation

We enjoyed our stay at your property immensely! The lanai is right in the ocean and it was wonderful to fall asleep to the waves. The beds were extremely comfortable including the pillows. You have all the essentials you need including extras such as beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards. The towel rack in the lanai was perfect to hang it towels on everyday. It was a perfect stay for us and we will definitely book again if we are back in Kona with family! Thank you!!!

Idyllic setting. Beautiful oceanfront location. Well supplied condo

We greatly enjoyed our time here. The location is our favorite in Kona! Easy access to the highway, shopping center, Keauhou Bay and more!!! This condo was well supplied in the kitchen, bathrooms, deck, laundry, bedrooms and living room. Beach chairs & towels We enjoyed the sounds of the surf at dinner on the deck! The owners answered all of our questions before the trip and their condo instructions were easy to understand!! Definitely recommend
