Come to Kona and rent this beautiful condo in a great central location close to downtown, Magic sands beach, Kahalu'u bay.
Open the slider and listen to the waves at night. It's right across the street from the ocean, Banyans surf spot and outside BBQ's right by the ocean.
There is also one of my favorite poke places on the island (poke shack)Across street, Along with a taco trailer and some other vendors on the weekend.

If you want to relax on the local beaches this is a great spot for you. There are 2 transit systems that run on Alii drive making it accessible if you decide to not rent a car during your stay. Also some automated bike rental spots along Ali'i drive.
Just a 5-minute drive south on Ali'i drive you have Keauhou Shopping Center which has grocery store, drug store, post office, restaurants, movie theater, farmers market on Saturday mornings and more.
A five-minute drive north on Ali'i drive is ocean front downtown Kona. It also has shopping, restaurants, historical sites and luaus. You can come just to relax or be as active as you want. The island has all the water sports available from swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, kayaking, and big game fishing. There are many sites to see by tour vans or go explore on your own. You have the observatory on Mauna Kea, Place of Refuge, tours of the coffee farms, macadamia nut farms, volcano, lava tubes, lava flows, waterfalls, historical sites of where the kings and ancient Hawaiians lived and much more. The island has some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets ever seen. Watch for the green flash as the sun goes over the horizon.
This condo is in a great location on Alii drive with a peak of ocean views, walk across the street to easy Ocean access and enjoy sunsets and relaxing areas. Queen size bed, shower, closet, full size Fridge, Free Wi-Fi, off street parking, BBQ, washer/dryer, AC, Gated pool, available private charter fishing trip package. Nice hotel room alternative
I really liked this holualoa village rental. Isaac was very responsive. Everything was as expected. Great location across Ali'i from Da Poke Shack with the shoreline steps away. It's not a big unit but it met my needs very well. Ali'i drive is pretty loud from 5pm to 9pm. But it was nice and quiet after that. Highly recommended for 1-2 people as a hotel room alternative.

This condo was perfect for two people. It had everything we needed. Every morning we left to go on an adventure somewhere on the island. At night we appreciated the hot tub and pool - it was an easy walk across the street. The condo was clean and communication with the owner was excellent! The grounds of the condo facility are well taken care of.

The property was clean and was somewhat central except that we needed to drive everywhere for restaurants with the exception of the one across the street. The location of the property was quiet and there's lots of parking available. The property's a/c didn't work well. If you are considering this property, bring your own beach towels and beach chairs. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have experienced in a rental. Would recommend this place.

Kona Condo
Even though this condo is listed in Holualoa, it is just minutes from Kona. We were in building 6, across Ali'i Drive away from the beach/ocean, but just steps (cross the street and through the parking lot) to the property's beach access. It can be a bit noisy as our unit was just off Ali'i Drive, but really quite once the evening was done. Felt safe, comfortable, and enjoyed the stay. The studio was perfect for me and the hubby.

Was as depicted, and host was very communicative & accommodating! Comfortable bed and you have all the amenities needed, including washer/dryer~! As the area is remote, one needs to go way outside for semi-affordable shopping, but can easily stock up and & eat in. Bus stop is near by, and a good midway point between restaurants/shopping & fun beaches to explore. Lovely pool access too! Everyone around was friendly and helpful. The cable went out 2nd day, but was probably for the better, so we weren't tempted to stay in and laze, haha! (We didn't call host to fix since we weren't in much, just to change, eat and sleep.)

Excellent Vacation Stay
The unit was everything as advertised! Clean, conveniently located, and well stocked with many extras! The cooler and beach towels came in very handy! We had an issue with the door leading to the lanai sticking and Isaac was quick to get back to me with a solution. A great place to stay. I will definitely recommend this unit to friends and relatives when they plan their trips to the Big Island. Thank you Isaac for making us feel at home!

I really enjoyed staying at this condo, and would absolutely stay there again. Isaac was proactive in his communication, and you can literally walk across the street and be on the beach. The pool was nice, but my favorite was the hot tub! Da Poke Shack is right there too, so if you dig poke, this is the spot for you! :) Thank you, Isaac!

Great Condo in Kona!
The two of us had a great time here. The condo was clean. It had a well stocked kitchen with all the things we needed to cook great meals. It had soap for dishes and laundry and he tp/paper towels. Amazing setup, super convenient, everything you need, GREAT location!
We feel super lucky to have found this spot. The location is perfect especially if you're renting a car. Kitchen is extremely well-stocked, super clean, bathroom is clean and well set-up, everything is comfortable. The landlord is super nice and accommodating! Right across the road from Banyon's and near a small market. Can't recommend enough!
