Merinäköala huoneisto iso Lanai

Nauti Havaijin lomastasi yhdessä Konan suosituimmista komplekseista. Casa on erittäin hyvässä kunnossa kauniilla puutarhoilla ja mahtava valtameren rannalla sijaitseva suolaisen veden uima-allas. Olemme askeleen päässä merestä ja meiltä on upea näköala auringonlaskuun Lanai. Yksikköön 201 pääsee helposti pysäköintialueella. Laite on avoin, puhdas ja mukava. Siellä on laattalattiat läpi ja uusia laitteita ja kalusteita. Täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat yksikössä, mikä säästää aikaa ja rahaa pyykin pesemiseen lomallasi. Yksityinen, erittäin suuri lanai tarjoaa ruokailutilan sekä auringonottoa.
Nukkumme 3 aikuista tai korkeintaan 4, mukaan lukien lapset.

A bit grubby

Complex was lovely, we really enjoyed it. The unit needs a very thorough cleaning. Dust and dirt behind beds, tables and blinds. Shower walls were slimy and door seals were dirty. Stove was not well cared for and takes forever to heat up.

Home away from home

Comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated condo. Beautiful property, especially love the saltwater pool. Only issue was after the first day when the AC got nice and cold, the rest of the week it didn't get very cold at all. We didn't think it was enough of an issue to contact the manager

Location and amenities were great.

Stayed for 1 month and this was a great place to stay. Close to beach, downtown and grocery stores. Trolly stop in front of complex. Saltwater pool was closed several times because of high surf, not really the fault of the property. Being right on the shore has its drawbacks. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Lovely Condo Complex

We have stayed at Emdeko units in the past and really enjoy this location. Close to Kona but away from the hustle bustle. The pools are especially nice, a key feature we look for, just double check they are not closed for maintenance. We hope to come again in the future.

Comfortable and quiet

Perfect accommodation after flying into Kona in the evening. Easy access, comfortable, clean and quiet. Slept with the bedroom windows open and heard some street traffic and the window opens to the walkway that other guests use, but even sleeping with the windows open it was quiet. Saltwater pool adjacent to ocean waves spraying mist over the railings is amazing. Comfortable for two or a small family.

Wasn’t worth the price we paid per night. One complaint no dining area in condo. Dining table outside is not covered and it rained every evening. If you had questions or concerns no one on-site to help. Mesquites were horrible!!! Having to wash all linens before check out time of 10am was inconvenient. Will not be staying here again.

Casa review

Fantastic location with the ocean and town at your fingertips. Great food and market just a short walk away. Only two negative comments are they were working on plumbing weekly so you need to watch for water shutoff notifications and we had people on the third floor who were Very heavy walkers and in the morning and evening it sounded like the floor was going to come down on us

From the moment my husband and I arrived this property was all wrong. There was no parking, no front desk person to assist us, and the noise level never stopped. All 4 days we stayed it sounded like someone was having a dance party above us and kids screaming non-stop. My husband turned on a slow song on the patio to dance with me and we got in trouble for that. Someone tried coming into our room at 8am and my husband had to insist they had the wrong room. If we could of left early from this place trust me we would had.

Great location but lots of mold!

I know this is a wet state but I didn’t expect black mold to be in the washer, the dishwasher, the linens, etc. Needs a massive clean job to rid the mold and multiple dehumidifiers. There is one small one in the bedroom but that is it!

Have been at this condo several times and always thoroughly enjoyed it. Love the big patio, the only 1 bedroom with one. Only disappointment was that the large ocean front pool was closed because of damage from very high surf. I've already booked two more short stays here this winter.

Lovely maintained gardens, sand, and 2 pool areas and the view was great. Only issue we had was a few nights of noise from upstairs neighbours/vacationers but really not too bad and otherwise seems like a quiet complex. The apartment itself was very clean and well stocked with towels and linens. Downtown is close enough to walk. I would definitely recommend this place.
