Building is aged, Bed was very comfortable, parking is terrible. The parking spaces are too small. If you're in a full size vehicle your going to have a tough time getting out of your vehicle. They also charge you almost $30 for parking.

The room was clean and new. Really nice staff and the pool are was great. One problem is that there were never enough towels at the pool area. You would have to stand in line at the front desk to ask for a towel. Personnel should check the pool area more frequently to ensure there are towels for the guests.

Pacific 19 Kona is worth the visit.
Room was better than we expected and the view was great. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Booked another trip in December because of our initial greeting at the front deck.
