Our room was infested with cockroaches. We thought we saw some our first night but weren’t sure. The night before the Ironman triathlon, I turned on the bathroom light, and there they were, scampering everywhere. I turned on the rest of the lights, and more were in the living area. Our fruit for breakfast had to be thrown away. We informed the cleaning staff and front desk, showing them the video and still closed, and they didn’t seem surprised. We were able to break our 5-night required stay and go to another hotel. Hotel management never responded to my request for a phone call or email. I’ll be writing more reviews.

Just stayed one night. Updates are underway so there is some construction going on. Great location. Great views from our room. We only gor apps and drinks at the restaurant, but both were good. Would stay again.

Great location within walking distance of plenty of shopping, bars and eateries. The on-site restaurant has great food and drinks. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean, but in need of an update as the resort itself is in need of a face-lift which seems to be in the process of starting.
