Outstanding stay! Thank you! Extremely clean and well-kept property, at a phenomenal location. The online listing was spot on. We'll certainly be back. Only snafu was that we arrived after hours on Friday, and had some issues in finding the code. Even VRBO Help Desk wasn't able to locate the owner/manager - Thank you, VRBO, for your help! Ultimately, we went back to the original contract email (signed back on Nov 15, over a month earlier) to find the entry code and instructions, etc. Not the property manager's issue - we were looking for communication on the VRBO Email/Communication platform, not via private emails. Anyway, awesome place, the family loved it, and we've already recommended the property to our friends. Thank you, VRBO and Coldwell Banker!!

Anniversary in Paradise
We loved the property. Many things to do in Kailua-Kona. Every night after going out to dinner we sat on the lanai enjoying the waves and beautiful sky. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed.

Absolutely unreal location. The view is 5 star. Steps from the ocean. There’s no A/C (as noted in listing) so widows and doors opens is a must. The screen doors and windows do a good job on keeping out bugs. There’s ceiling fans and plug in fans provided. You’re not sweating to death but you’re not going to need a blanket either. Would definitely rent again but would probably do it in the fall or early spring instead of summer.

Fantastic Lanai
Wow, this property was amazing to stay at. The view from the lanai was incredible and we had some gorgeous sunsets. The sound of the ocean waves while you sleep was so peaceful. The condo was well equipped and we appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, and even the ice packs/ ice trays! We did ask last minute if we could check in a bit early because our flight landed in the early afternoon and they were unable to accommodate the request, which is understandable but a 4 pm check in is a bit late. The parking was a little tight to get into, and there was some last minute construction going on outside the condo but none of this would prevent me from booking it again. We had a great time and hope to be back soon!

Beyond our expectations, the lanai was large! We had drinks and meals here daily, watched pidsnof spinner dolphins in the mornings, whales waving their tails, turtles in the tidepools below our place and nightly sunsets. Spectacular spot!

It's All About the View
I booked this condo because of the online picture of the balcony and we ended up spending most of our time there out on the balcony. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the large kitchen and nice furniture was all great. The pool was a little small, but most of the time we had it all to ourselves. Everything was wonderful about our stay and our property manager Dera went out of her way to be helpful. Our only issue was getting use to no air conditioning but we were provided with fans which did help. Thanks for the fun week.

Great property and service
We had a great time and experience with the property and the management team. Checkin instructions were very clear, easy to follow and we were contacted by phone to let us know we could access the condo early with follow up calls durung our stay to ensure all was well. The location is incredible with the lanai opening up to the ocean. Listening to waves breaking and watching turtles in the tide pools and sunsets was fantastic. Unit was clean everything worked, plenty of towels, beach chairs & an umbrella, kitchen had everything we needed. We did have an issue with the microwave and someone was out immediately to swap out for a new one. The complex is very quiet, seems like quite a few full-time residents that were more than willing to help us out with a few things Parking is a bit tight but we managed well with a mid-sized SUV. We travel quite a bit, thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. Thank you so much 🤙🤙

Amazing Ocean Views!!
We had an amazing stay !! The balcony was our favorite part as we had amazing sunsets and loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean at night. The beds were also very comfortable which was a huge plus. The condo was a little darker than I expected from the pictures and parking was a bit of a challenge for bigger cars but other than that everything was as expected!!

Private, gorgeous view
Excellent experience, clean and spacious. Beautiful large balcony was a true luxury. The kitchen could use an update and better lighting. Furniture comfortable.Wallpaper is shabby in places. Master bed was excellent after a foam memory mattress topper added. It’s at an intersection so there is some street noise, but it is drowned out by the surf. Church next door pretty quiet. .

Thanksgiving in Hawaii
We were very disappointed. The unit itself is located in a beautiful location. However, it is very run down. We could not shut the “wall” for the master bedroom, so there was NO privacy. Also, the master bedroom screen door didn’t close, so we could not leave the door open to hear the ocean. We chose this unit specifically for 2 bedrooms and ocean front, and were so bummed that it was so awkward with no privacy and not being able to enjoy the ocean.

Great location, management issues
The location right on the waterfront is amazing. The place was clean but the beds weren't the most comfortable. There were plenty of maintenance issues. First off, it's a 2 bedroom cond. The master bedroom is separated from the living space by a huge sliding door. That door is out of order and has a note on it saying "please don't close as it is under repair." If more people than just the residents of the master bedroom are staying in the condo, then there is no privacy in the bedroom. Luckily we were just a married couple. The large sliding glass doors that open from the Master bedroom and living room are great to allow you to look at the ocean from inside. Unfortunately, the sliding screen door on the master bedroom was not working so the only passage out to the lanai is from the living room. The knob on the master bedroom's bathroom falls off when you try to close the door. The front bedroom light doesn't work, fortunately we weren't using that room so it didn't affect us. Most importantly, I had accidentally left my laptop charger at home so I ordered a replacement from Amazon shipped to the condo. Amazon shipped it via USPS who put it in the condo's mailbox. The management company was completely unhelpful in retrieving it so I was left with multiple trips to the post office over several days while on vacation trying to get them to bring it back to the post office so I could pick it up. I got it the day we were leaving Hawaii.
