Loved coming back to our condo after a long day on the beach. Was a wonderful home away from home and a peaceful respite from some of the touristy vibes on the island.

We were very happy with this rental property. It was clean, very quiet, and well stocked. This place is very spacious and has great views.
Our family of 4 stayed for a week at White Sands Village and loved the location and the property. The condo itself is great and the pool area is nice and not too busy. Very clean and everything in good working order. Comfy beds and furniture. Getting in and out, even with a late arrival is no problem with the keyless entry system. The lanai is great for outdoor meals or relaxing on, but because the unit is in one of the furthest back buildings you can only see a sliver of the ocean. The beach across the street wasn't safe for swimming during our visit, but we were prepared for that based on the time of year we visited (March). It was still enjoyable for sitting in the sand and checking out the tidepools and watching the sun set. There's pretty much only one walkable option for eating, which is the restaurant right across the street. It has a fantastic patio right on the water. Driving into Kona will take just 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. We would definitely stay here again.
The property is located across the street from a nice beach. The kitchen has many supplies to make cooking and eating there very easy. The many extra beach supplies were also very nice to have use of. FYI, the tennis courts were torn up I believe for replacement during our visit at the end of October 2023.
We were blown away by how great and well equipped this place was for our stay. I’d say the only downside is that if you don’t have a car it’s kind of right in between two hubs for restaurants and such. Not much in walking distance. However magic sands beach and beach grill are right across the street.
Great condo. Easy check in process. Property description was right on. They provided all necessary equipment to make it home, just provide groceries. Great location to white sands beach and Magics, a restaurant and bar, across the street if needed. There is an elevator that stops on this floor. Some units require steps to be navigated. I would stay here again.
