This fairy-tale holiday home on the ground floor of a country house offers plenty of privacy. It is tastefully decorated with lots of wood and also features a large, fully equipped kitchen. On the furnished terrace you can have breakfast together or relax with a good book. The comfortable bedrooms offer a carefree night's sleep. Lovely!

The holiday home is just 1 km from the centre of Kaltenbach and the valley station of the well-known ski area Ski Optimal Hochzillertal. In summer you can take beautiful walks in the nearby Zillertal mountains from here, and in winter the free ski bus takes you directly from the house to the nearby ski areal
