From our driveway you are a 10 minute - 5.5 mile drive to the PCMR Town Lift parking garage on Main Street, an 11 minute - 6 mile drive to the PCMR parking lot, and a 10 minute - 7.4 mile drive to the Deer Valley/Deer Crest Parking lot (Jordanelle side of Deer Valley).

The main floor features a half bath, dining area and large, open kitchen that transitions into the great room. The seating consists of 2 down filled slip covered sofas and 2 swivel chairs. The space has a gas fireplace and a 55" LCD Smart TV. On the balcony connected to the kitchen there is a gas grill.
