One good mattress, one terrible mattress. Walls were patched in prep for painting…I guess. Room seemed dingy. Did not like the vibe. Location was convenient but noisy. Breakfast was good.

The room and the surrounding property was clean. Our room was right by the pool which was clean and looked nice. They had awesome green space for my dog!

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Yes, the stairways and exterior is a little run down but the price was $100 less than the other hotels we looked at in the area so a little shabbiness was worth it for us. Also, there are a lot of stores and restaurants in the area and it's a fast, easy drive on and off the highway. My only complaint was that the bed was a little hard. But the pillows were fabulous. Breakfast was adequate - They had waffles and hard boiled eggs so I was happy.

The host was welcoming, and very respectful. There were some booking issues through Expedia, with that my CC was compromised. The host was very understanding in my hesitation to give my id and CC explained fully what it was for. It was a very positive interation. Great room, beautiful, and pet friendly. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN. BUT NOT USING EXPEDIA any longer.

Elevator stopped working daily and we had to haul ball bags down 3 flights of stairs and one guest had mobility issues. They didn’t come in and do rooms regularly, when they did they took all dirty towels and that’s it didn’t leave clean ones to replace what they took. Did not take garbage nothing. Don’t think they ever cleaned behind bed when remote fell down there I didn’t want to reach for it… and the pool was colder then a lake.

The hotel is average. Nothing fancy. But we had a good sleep, it was clean, close to restaurants, and had breakfast food to get us going in the morning. We would stay again for the night.
