This luxury property offers a blend of comfort and elegance, with thoughtful design touches and high-end amenities. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, this serene space offers privacy and tranquility, making it the ideal setting for unforgettable moments under the Hawaiian sun.

About the Space:
• 4 Bedrooms: A spacious primary suite and a guest bedroom, each designed for relaxation and privacy are located in the main house. The other two bedrooms are connected Ohana suites, offering flexibility for families or groups traveling together. The Ohana’s have a connecting door allowing it to be two private spaces or one combined. All bedrooms are complete with king beds for a restful night sleep.
• Flex Room with Murphy Bed: A versatile space for quiet moments or watching TV. The murphy bed provides flexibility for additional guests.
• 4.5 Bathrooms: Enjoy the convenience of multiple bathrooms, including an elegant master ensuite, ensuring everyone has ample space and privacy. Each bedroom has its own ensuite with the half bathroom off the living room.
• Private Pool and Spa: Step outside to your own tropical oasis featuring a private pool and spa, surrounded by lush landscaping and ample lounging areas – ideal for soaking up the sun or stargazing at night.
• Designer Furnishings: Every space is beautifully appointed with Restoration Hardware furniture, creating a refined yet comfortable ambiance throughout.

Perfect Location: Located in a unique spot within the Mauna Lani Resort. Close to the Mauna Lani North Golf Course, the Bay Hotel and the Shops at Mauna Lani. All guests have access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club; there is a pass card at the home to get through the gate. The Beach Club provides a safe swimming bay, the Napua Restaurant, on-site lifeguards, cabanas, showers and some of the best snorkeling on the Big Island. Lounge chairs are provided so you only need to pack beach towels! The Auberge Resort and Fairmont Orchid Hotel are also located within the resort. The nearby shops have several restaurants, art galleries, gift shops, and a full grocery store with deli, bakery, meat and seafood departments.

Within the Nohea community, there is a private amenities center which includes the communal pool and gym, specifically for our valued guests.

Please note that this is a new community and there are homes being constructed near lot 24. Construction is 8-3 only on weekdays.
