Located on the sunny west side of the Big Island enjoy sweeping ocean views and stunning Hawaiian sunsets. Set between Kohala and Waikoloa Beach Resort on the North Western side of the island, Mauna Kea Beach and Hapuna Beach are just a 5 minute drive down the coast and Kamuela(Waimea) is only 10 minutes away. This is a perfect place to heal, meditate and get mind stability during this trying time.
With a wrap around balcony that gives a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and nightly sunsets, enjoy breakfast or dinner with a view. Once the sun sets you’ll be treated to one of the best places in the world to see the stars, all from the comfort of your own balcony. The house has a newly finished kitchen with quartzite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The house is shaped like an octagon and is lifted to ensure a better view. Our cottage is designed by Topsider (Topsider.com) which is famous for the design for wind flow and hurricane sustainability. If you are unable to climb stairs this is not the property for you. The house is situated on a 3.5 acre small family farm and is surrounded to the North by Parker Ranch land as far as the eye can see. Kamuela is a short drive up the hill where you can enjoy farmers markets on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s as well as shops and dining. Waikoloa Beach Resort is just 20 minutes away to the South and Kohala Town is a little over 30 minutes to the North.

If you are planning to explore Hawaii Island and want a beautiful vacation rental that is ideally situated near all the North West has to offer, this is the perfect place to call your home away from home. New appliances in new kitchen and bathroom. Maximum 4 occupants.

Breathtaking is Right!
If you want to stay where you'll experience the open expansiveness that is the Big Island, then this unique unit is your ticket. Located on the sloping plane between Waimea and the coast, you'll be minutes away from civilization yet out on the open ranching grasslands with a spectacular view of the water... Check-in couldn't have been easier, Yumi was swift to respond to any communications, and the building itself is one-of-a-kind. I'd definitely go back.

Wonderful spot
Loved the location and the views. Between Waimea and Kawaihae just a short trip to either town. Markets in Waimea are a treat to visit, Kawaihae harbor, Spencer Beach Park, Kiholo Bay, Hawi and Pololu Valley all in easy driving distance. The house is well equipped and very comfortable and host Yumi is so helpful. Good food and fun atmosphere at the Kawaihae Seafood Bar and Grill. Saw beautiful sunsets and lots of whales.

Spectacular views and experience
Amazing property. So much better than the resort vibe. Unless that is your thing. Yumi was very helpful. The house is very unique being shaped like an octagon. Great appliances and everything you need. You have your choice of looking at the mountain or the ocean. The sunsets from this altitude are spectacular. There is no need for A/C even on a hot day because of the amazing winds, and design of the home. I’m from Hawaii but live on the mainland now, returning home to see family. We always book a VRBO, and this is now our favorite. Saw a wild boar and lots of birds. Loved it. We were fortunate to be there during high winds and it was incredibly beautiful to experience.

ベットの寝心地がいまいち。ビーチタオルが使い込まれた感じがある。床がちょっと斜めになってるのが気になりますが、慣れた。サンセットと星空を期待するなら、ここが絶対におすすめ!滞在中はラナイで過ごすのが開放感があり、朝は最高な気分でスタート出来る!
