Belvedere Flats offers a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath fully remodeled unit located above a commercial space in the heart of Westport. This space provide guests with a true oasis in the heart of the city. Walk to all of Westport and enjoy local eateries, shops and bars along the way. On vacation but still need to work? No problem! The private work space and high speed WIFI make working remotely seamless. Guests will also have shared access to the privately fenced in courtyard which offers seating!

Host will not be on site during the stay but is phone call, text or email away!

Midtown Kansas City and the famous Westport area is one of Kansas City’s top entertainment districts. The neighborhood is home to a number of restaurants and bars, including Kelly's Westport Inn, an Irish-themed bar located inside the oldest building in Kansas City.

WHERE TO EAT LUNCH: With most of the 30 restaurants, 25 bars and 15 patios located within walking distances, there’s definitely no shortage of unique cuisine in Westport. Many restaurants, such as Cancun Fiesta Fresh, Char Bar and Joe’s Pizza, are open for quick lunches; or sit down with friends and co-workers for lunch at Snooze Eatery, Fat Sully's Pizza, Port Fonda and Jerusalem Café.

WHAT’S NEARBY: The Country Club Plaza is a five-minute drive south, and both the Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art and The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art are within a few miles.

ANNUAL SPECIAL EVENTS: Kansas City's Annual St. Patrick's Day parade has made its mark as one of the largest and most notable parade celebrations of all things Irish in the United States.

An annual art festival in September, Art Westport brings together more than 100 local and regional artists and craftsmen in an atmospheric open-air environment.

The Belvedere Unit #2 sits adjacent to Unit #1 and is located above 2 commercial spaces in the heart of Midtown KC. Unit #2 is a 2 bedroom with 1 bath that is furnished with bright colors, modern shapes, and beautiful hardwood flooring in the living areas and gorgeous tile in the bathrooms. Guests will be able to enter the unit via the front or back side of the building. Entering into the front door guests will be met with a set of stairs that lead to the comfortably decorated and open living room and dining room. The hallway off of the living room leads to the first bedroom which is equipped with a king size bed, bedside tables, lamps and charging stations.

Passing the first bedroom the hallway leads into the gorgeous newly renovated kitchen. The kitchen features a large custom built island and plenty of counter space for preparing or serving food. The large open kitchen also features seating at the island along with another dining table so guests can enjoy entertaining and cooking at the same time. If cooking is not something your stay is calling for then enjoy one of the many local eateries right outside the front door. Left overs?! No problem, bring them back and heat them up for a late snack! Coffee lover?? Awesome!! Cozy in KC provides all properties with a fully enhanced coffee bar. The coffee bar includes a Keurig Coffee Maker, Drip Coffee Maker, French Press and Pour Over brewing options along with a variety of k-cups, creamer and sugar!

This unit has two comfy king sized beds. All bedrooms have night stands with reading lamps and charging stations, sound machines, extra blankets and plenty of space to store your clothes and luggage.

There is one full-sized remodeled bathroom with a walk in stand up shower in the hallway leading to the kitchen. The full bathroom includes Tommy Bahama luxury bath products such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest will be provided one large bath towel and one wash cloth along with hand towels and dark make -up towels for convenience.

Exiting the back door of the unit you will be greeted with a newly remodeled courtyard. Upon opening the door you are led down to the grassy yard by a beautiful deck. The grassy yard has yard games and seating for you to enjoy!

Parking: Street parking will be available on the side street right next to the unit. .

We really enjoyed our trip. The house was very nice and very comfy. The beds were really good which is hard to find. The only thing that was irritating was the bathroom door. It was extremely noisy and doesnt latch well. Once we navigated that we were good to go. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to KC! The host was very prompt at returning messages as well.

We were happy to arrive and see the accommodations were just as they were in the photos. The furnishing were very nice and comfortable. The location was great for walking to restaurants in the area and to just grab a quick bite in the morning. The nearby donut shop was great!

The space is clean, stylish, and comfortable. There were more restaurants, bars, shops, and dispensaries within walking distance than we had time to explore. The potpie place across the street looks amazing, and has much more than potpies! One morning we walked to Donutology for custom, warm donuts. Big thanks for including coffee basics in the kitchen, including plain creamer! There are blackout curtains, making for a proper sleep-in. If you're not used to city life you might be thrown by the noise of an occasional wanderer outside, but when this happened it didn't last long and never disrupted sleep. We felt perfectly safe walking around. There's an Aveda salon directly below, which was handy since I needed shampoo. Parking was free and an absolute breeze. We were sorry we had to leave so soon, and would happily return.

Great place to stay for our family.
This apartment is on the second story which I only knew due to other reviews. However, the place was comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in December so we didn't explore the neighborhood. Parking was not an issue for us and we ended up driving my husband's F-250 which is not exactly small. Donut-ology had great donuts and it was within walking distance. Every place we wanted to visit was a short drive. Overall, I highly recommend it.

My sister and I stayed on a fun get away. We didn't know about the amount of steps to get up to the entrance. If I had been older it could have been an issue. However. We did just fine. It was beautifully done. Everything had been updated and renovated. We felt secure and safe in the city with their being a locked gate. It was centrally located and easy to get to all of our fun adventures.
