The room was not as clean as it should’ve been. There were small bed bugs that you couldn’t see but sure to feel the bites the next day. I give this room a 2 out of 10

Smelled strongly of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room, drawers were very dirty, stayed for 3 nights only had 2 towels in the room, went to the desk for more and they said they didn’t have any and would bring to our room when they did but they never came…they also didn’t provide and shampoo or conditioner for the shower which i find a bit odd considering the room was over $100 a night overall I wasn’t very satisfied at all

Convenient location, but....
The room was fine but we were disapointed in a few things. The hotel did not suppy any toiletries, not even a bar of hand or bath soap. Our room was not cleaned between days of a multi-day stay, and I didnt want to go get clean towels at midnight. And lastly, the hotel was listed as 'pet friendly' but the website didnt say the pet fee, wich was 20$/day, per animal. So, extra 80$ for us. This location was convenient, so I would stay again. But not with dogs again, and BYO soap!

We checked out rhe same night we checked in. We refused to say because we found bedbugs when we were going to sleep. We ended up laundering everything we brought into the room and had to sleep at a rest stop. I had to fight to get my partial refund due to miscommunication between the hotel and expedia. The hotel would only issue a partial refund until after their pest control finished their investigation. We showed them the bites and evidence we found. Due to us checking out after 10pm, we were unalbe to fund another hotel last minute.

The whole place was dirty and felt unsafe. If we had more than one night here, we would not have stayed. The floor we were on smelled heavily of Marijuana despite it being no smoking. I don't know how it has the decent ratings it has.

The Good thing about this Hotel the town wasn't too far,lots of stores and restaurants to shop and eat at. Also the Front Desk Clerk was Friendly. But I had to get a Pet Friendly room, and you can tell that they just Cleaned the room like it was a regular room. But when it's a room for Pets, you need to shampoo and vacuum the carpet at least once a week properly and clean the walls and disinfect the Restroom properly cause pets do take baths, and so do human. Also The hotel says it has a swimming pool. That's the reason I rented it. But the front desk clerk said no. The swimming pool is close permanently and the third party site should know this and he told me to go ahead and call Expedia and let them know that the swimming pool was no longer available in this Hotel. Ohhh and for the Breakfast they Served Egg and Cheese frozen Breakfast burritos in a Tortilla from Walmart Heated up in the microwave before it was put in the warming tray and This was an everyday thing and I stayed a week....Yuk. Last but not least the Pillows were Flat and uncomfortable 🙃 and the TVs need to be updated to Smart TVs so you can watch your own NetFlix,Hulu,or YouTube. Just saying THANK YOU

Very tolerable for a affordable hotel in KC area if you are just planning on sleeping. We paid half compared to downtown hotels then spent our savings eating and drinking. Downtown easy 10 minute drive. Area seemed safe, room was very average, waffles for breakfast, coffee was straight from the Missouri River so coffee drinkers will need to plan for alternative caffeine hits. Just keep your expectations aligned with the cost and enjoy the extra cash in your pocket. Rated 4 stars for value.
