When we got there the staff at the desk didn’t even acknowledge us, we had to speak 1st. Then after check in the key card scanner wouldn’t work. We asked if there was another room and the guy said no. Then he left and came back with a new room after he said there wasn’t any more rooms. The hotel had issues with key card scanners so not the hotels fault but the guy that helped us just didn’t seem to care that we may not of had a room for us to sleep in. Once we got in our new room with the staff having to let’s us in due to key card issues, the room was nice. Not sure if we will stay again, didn’t feel very welcome.

Property was clean and maintained. We only spent one night, the quality of this location is what you would expect when staying at a Hampton Inn. Our room was on the second floor furthest away from the interstate, so our room was quite.

Great place to stay. We slept well. Greated upon arrival. Had an issue with our TV and staff immediately fixed it. Requested a couple more towels and front desk ladies had no problem with it. Very clean, and quiet. Stayed for 2 nights, will stay here again.

We stayed in room 127. The room smelled very musty. Not sure if the smell was actually the room or coming from the air conditioner. In any event, it was awful. The staff was polite and friendly. However, we will not be returning.

The room was nice in that the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was recently updated and nice. The indoor was was even well maintained. They also provided a great breakfast with plenty of options. Our stay at the hotel was on a very busy weekend. The staff seemed to be bothered by some of our requests: for extra towels and toilet paper. These probably should've been taken care of when the came in make the bed and take out the trash. There were several days when this wasn't done.

Less than impressed
The first room we were given was full of others belongings. Once I went back down to the front desk, I was informed they were out of rooms with double beds and could only be given a room with a single king bed and there were 3 of us. Had to ask for extra towels as there were only 2 in the room and didn't find the bathroom to be very nice.
