The hotel is brand new, clean and probably quiet for most guests. Unfortunately, our rooms were directly above the outdoor fire pit on the patio and there were very loud guests out there until midnight drinking and being very loud. It was impossible to sleep. If you stay here, make sure you request a room as far away from the patio as possible!

Excellent new Hampton Inn close to sports
We enjoyed this hotel. It’s under two years old. Everything was fresh and new. It’s 10 minutes from Chiefs/Royals complex. There was 1 minor glitch @ check-in but it was quickly handled. We pre paid thru Expedia but had full price held on our credit card.We definitely recommend staying here, especially if going to Chiefs/Royals.

Very new. It is very convenient to several major highways. Everything was super clean. The only knock is the walls and floor/ceilings are the thinnest I’ve ever experienced.

The property is not on my car's GPS, even the street is unlisted. Finding the hotel was difficult. The breakfast was not ready: There was no waffle batter and the toaster was out of service. The sliding door for the bathroom / closet was off its track. The people are friendly, but the overall situation was not good.
