Overall it was a great stay. Reponses to requests not real prompt. Shower floor needs work. Sad that microwave or fridges need to be requested. Street access under construction so valet parking confusing and fristrating...lacked communication. Great location and price. Overall apperance nice and felt like home. I would try again.

During our stay our heat would could in and out. It was extremely cold in Kansas City. While showering the water had an odd odor. I wasn't satisfied with the hotel appliances and the size of the room. Parking was down the street in a separate garage that you have to pay for every time you leave out. It doesn’t have a per day parking fee. The staff were nice and kind. Besides that I would not recommend.
