Came in town for one night to see Joyce DiDonato and meet family at Mannys for lunch. So nice that my friend and I wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back!

Beautiful hotel! Didn’t get to spend much time as wet got there at night after the chiefs game. Had time for a drink and some apps at the bar. Bar was crowded, staff was a bit over whelmed but their best.

Conveniently located to convention center

Loved the location! Parking garage accessible by elevator in hotel. Elevators secure, access by room key. Friendly staff. Loved the Market shop in the hotel. Nice view. No road noise, but could hear people in room next door. Rooms have a complimentary mini frig, but there is a $15 charge per day for a microwave. I expected this to be included in the room for the quality of hotel that Loews is. Overall a great place to stay for my daughters volleyball tournament.

Dog and people friendly!

With a volleyball tournament staying at this hotel, we were worried about noise. Our dogs may bark at strange sounds. The room was quiet, very clean, and very comfortable. Room service was fast, delicious, and friendly. We loved the doggy bag that we received at check-in.

Never can park in the hotels garage. Always full. Have to park off site. Pay that kind of money and have to find parking. Have a knee replacement Thursday and had to walk forever to park. Valet was unsympathetic.
