The property itself is quite nice. The front desk clerk was very professional. My issue is with the hotel management. They informed me that I was on a list of people who can not stay at their hotel, but did not provide a reason or contact info for a management person to discuss this problem. I have stayed at this hotel for many years over the past 20 years, but never again while owned by these particular owners!!!

Breakfast ends at 9am. We got there at 830. Eggs and sausage already cold. Pancake mix out of order. No salt. Took two bites...Threw it all away and ate at a restaurant. Shower unstable because the water pressure was so low the shower plug couldn’t even stay up. Had to lean over the tub to wash my hair and take a bath afterwards. Will never stay here again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. If a gym is important, skip it. There were not any weights, and the treadmill was broken. The property does not have an elevator, so if you’re on the 2nd floor be prepared for steps (I didn’t mind but if you have mobility issues it may be a problem). Overall, clean and comfortable and in a good location.

The microwave and refrigerator were useful. The air conditioner was great and cooled the room down nicely. The automatic lights in the doorway and bathroom were a bit of a nuisance.

A little overpriced but clean
This was a last minute trip and hotel was picked for local and price.If you want a hot breakfast get there early because it won’t last long. By 8:45 eggs were gone. The hairdryer in the room was old and didn’t work. Also request a ground floor room as there is no elevator.

The rooms appear to have been remodeled not long ago, which was really nice. Also, it was very quiet, which we really appreciate. However, we did have a cockroach in our bathroom and the stopper on the tub broke. I had to prop the stopper up to get the water to drain. Breakfast was not great. There were very few options for us because our family is gluten free. Almost everything had gluten or artificial ingredients/food dyes. We went down early because I read reviews that said breakfast was stocked only once. That was true. At 7:30am, they were already out of coffee and fruit. That said, the price was good and it's a decent place to stay. Check-in was good and the lobby was clean.

The bed was comfortable. The tub drain didn’t stay open so when you showered the water stayed in the tub. After the shower had been turned on and off it continued to drip. It was fine for one night but wouldn’t recommend for more than one day

A Very Sleepless Night!!!!
Noisy!! The room above us was stomping around midnight for 30 minutes or more. Woke me up. Then at 2:30AM, a conversation was coming outside our ground level window and again woke me! At 3:00AM I called desk and reported the incident near the swimming pool. The conversation continued until 3:30 and again I called the front desk. They told the people previously to be quiet, but they went out again and the people left. This morning when I looked out the window and there were two chairs in the disturbed rocks next to the building and empty liquor bottles.

The property was clean and quiet. Some minor mechanical problems, like the bathroom door would not fully close and the bathroom had sensor lights that would turn on randomly in the middle of the night. Over all the stay was fine and had a restful nights sleep.
