Checkin was a little slow on 10/10/24 but after that, everything went well. The breakfast area was clean, the food tasted good and the foods were well stocked.

No elevator, just a heads up
We stayed at the hotel, and we had an issue where my wife hurt her leg prior to travel. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, and given we were past the cancellation we stayed. In addition the room was run down. E.g. the cover was falling off of the AC unit.

The staff is Rude no hospitality or customer service skills at all they lie to my face. Got there to check in the person sees me and pretend she didn’t I ask to be assigned a room and pick up keys as I was leaving for the rest of the day back super late at night and they declined that. Got back that night took a shower water never flushed told the front desk in the morning and I was told at night that maintenance is available all day got back at night and no maintenance available only in the day they lie their breakfast is nasty because of how they lack on customer service I will never stay there again the toilet was lose it moved every time you say the bed was making noise and it was just me their parking is open connects to like open space feels scary and spooky when there at night

When you got into bed it sounds like you are sitting on a tin can. There looked like human fesi on the wall. The bathroom door handle was loose. No dirty clothes bag and no do not disturb sign

Great budget-friendly option
For a “basic” level hotel, this one was really quite nice. The beds felt like the mattresses were brand new. Decor was clean and updated in the room and throughout the building. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic and limited but there were enough options to give a little something to eat before hitting the road. Easy access off/on the interstate.
