I would highly recommend this resort. We stayed at the family selection swim up room. Abraham was our butler and he was so pleasant to deal with and checked in often. Maria at the Es Niu pool was so friendly and always had a smile. The food was delicious and there was always something to do. I would choose this resort over and over again.

We will return! We visited in October and the resort and staff were amazing. Mr Paris, concierge for building 40 was very attentive and helpful. There was a mix up with the room situation and the manager Beatrice was so accommodating and followed up to make sure the rest of stay was positive. We traveled with two 9 year olds and all of us rated the experience and resort 10/10! I’d recommend it to everyone!

The property over all is beautiful, the only issues we had is with smaller kids, we found it very inconvenient to have to take a shuttle to get around the resort. The shuttle system was very unorganized and was very limited, rarely came to pick people up. They should have signs on each shuttle so the guest know which one they can get on. The check in process took way too long, they only had one bell boy for the entire lobby. They need more staff to help. The shuttle service messed up as to which shuttle we were supposed to take to get to our room. It was very unorganized. We had some random guy call us in the morning saying please meet us at the main lobby for a special gift for our kids then when we went the lobby staff had no idea what we were talking about. Then the tourists bookers say yes come do a time share and try to do a presentation and did not give any gift. They called again the next morning saying the same thing like come down we have a gift for your kids. It was creepy. But over all the resort itself is very nice has good dinner options and drinks were great.

So many extra perks: Private Butler (awesome- saves you so much time and hassle), private pool (very elegant and cool- keep an eye out for monkeys on the palm trees), Nest Restaurant (food made better and private menu available) Also, access to all resorts, including the TRS Adult resort (sexy and cool with salt and infinity pool). Everything was amazing and the beach was beautiful. The rooms were updated and elegant. Kids loved it (10 and 12 years old). Night shows could have been better. Everything else was top notch!

The property is really nice but this resort is disjoined. The pool area and beach are nice and the staff is pleasant. The rooms although remodeled are not designed well. The bathroom area has little counter space and the lighting in the bathroom is awful. Room tight with no amenities. Was missing a hair dryer, umbrella, make up mirror didn't work. Would have been great for kids but it rained the whole time and without water activities not much to do. It was nice that they gave the kids little toys and things to play with, but it was on the last day. So they couldn't even use them. It was such a bummer for them. One scheduled to leave they were supposed to send for our bags. The bags were nowhere to be found. Also we're supposed to set for a little car to pick us up. That never happened. Food however was pretty good. Just kind of overall bummer of a trip.

Never got my sand buckets for my kids they were disappointed and butler never showed up lack of communication.One suggestion yal would like to say the show isn’t for kids I believe it’s the rock show very not kid friendly.I would suggest more entertainment..
