Pretty good value for money. Room was nice, bathroom nice with good shower pressure. Bath tub was very small though. But other than that very close to the train station. Overall honestly value for money

Two nights in Kaohsiung.
The good. Room was a nice size, the double level is a nice touch. View was good. Bed & pillows are super comfortable. Breakfast was great. The bad Air con sounds like an a380 on take off power. Shower nozzle is very low in height. Shower is over a bath so no room. Couch is a sleeper couch so constantly wants to slide out when sitting.

A gem of a hotel standing in plain view.
Staff were helpful, and the washer-dryer service was nice to have. The breakfast was plentiful, good, and included. Yay! I had two small gripes: 1) there was no towel rod near the sink (which was outside the bathroom. Where should I put a hand towel, then? 2) The dyers had signs saying not to adjust the temperature control of the dryer. But the dryer I was using was set at a temperature too low to dry my clothes. Only when I turned the temperature up was I able to get my clothes dry.

Lousy hotel!!
The staffs are unfriendly and rude. Their attitude was bad when I asked to changed my room. I stayed there for 4 nights. The room was at 2nd floor. It's so small and hot was the west sun shinning in. When i asked if they can changed my room on my 2nd or 3rd day, they just simply refuse to even look into it and kept telling me it's full. On my 3rd and 4th day, i can tell that many rooms on the higher floor are not occupied as their balcony lights were not on. The staffs are just lazy as the rooms are allocated by the computer system and they refuse to make any changes. The hotel does not provide any toiletries and claimed that theur government didn't allow that as they need to be environmental friendly. Nonsense, they just wanted to sell the toiletries to make more money!!

Nice hotel in Kaoshiung
Enjoyed my stay there, clean, with free breakfast. Conveniently located right across from the Kaoshiung main MRT station so easy to travel. Youbikes are nearby if you rather travel that way.

Reasonable price and a great location. Especially right next to Kaohsiung main train station. It has a self help laundry, very convenient for overseas travellers.

Great location in Kaohsiung!
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is very convenient to the train station and centrally located. We had a loft room which was quite spacious and I think really great value for the price. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

The property has self-service check-in but a staff member was there to take us through the process. Staff were pleasant and helpful. At reception at least a couple of staff members had good English. The property looks reasonably new and is in good condition. The room and bathroom are very compact but acceptable for a couple of nights. Unlike other hotels we have stayed at they don't provide slippers, toothbrushes etc. The hotel is located just a stone's throw from Kaohsiung Main Station.

Very clean n spacious newly built hotel. Love the tea room at level 3 opens for hitea from 3pm till 9pm where we have our games n chatting while waiting for our laundry washing. Thumb up n highly highly recommended it.
