I paid for ocean view rooms and DID Not get ocean view was told u have to come out of your room to see the ocean . They do not have any ocean view, the property is ocean view.. I paid $300 extra for ocean view and expect refund from Orbits !!

We had a great time and the property worked beautifully for what our trip was. The much needed air conditioning and the staff were wonderful when I requested a foam topper to soften the bed, it was brought to my room and put on the bed for the next night We loved the beach and the yoga. Mahalo!!

Nice & Reasonable Hotel
Kauai Shores hotel is somewhat reasonable in price. The restaurant was a bit costly, but it’s breakfast food was quite delicious. The restaurant service and beach views were wonderful. Please, be aware that chicken, roosters, and baby chicks will enter the restaurant. The hotel room is clean and the walk-in-shower is pretty and spacious. Kauai Shores hotel is also very near Coconut Marketplace. Fantastic place to view hula dancers, singers, shop, and eat.

looooved my stay here. Tonnes of amenities. The hotel is right on the beach so I spent lots of my time there. The staff were all soo friendly and helpful. They helped me plan a bunch of my activities. The lava lava beach club that’s on the property was also lovely. I got tonnes of good recommendations for things to do. Was sad to leave :(

We really loved how centrally located it was. Great property. Walking distance to shopping and dining. Restaurant and bar on site with Live Music- On the beach! It really was great. My ONLY criticism is that I would have liked to have heard more Hawaiian Music from the live Musicians. We were their to appreciate the culture and the music is part of it. But, we will definitely stay there again!!

First time here in Kaua’i and Kaua’i Shores Hotel and I love it here. Nice place to stay. Very convenient area with shopping centers, restaurants. And Restaurant in the property. Parking is small and tight. But the good thing is, just drive up to the lobby and they have valet there. It’s complimentary but to forget to tip those valet guys. They’re awesome and professional!

It is nicely situated in a central part of the island, not far from the airport, with a shopping center nearby and a great restaurant on site! I wouldn’t call this a “deluxe” property but for the price (not cheap, but not super expensive), it was top notch!

The property is gorgeous! Lush gardens and landscaping everywhere, stunning beach views, and beautiful furnishings both inside the rooms and in common areas. My favorite was the nighttime armosphere with poolside fireplaces and tiki torches lighting the way. The free morning yoga class and being steps from the shops at coconut marketplace were a huge plus.

The rooms were very nice, recently updated, comfortable, clean. The bathrooms were very clean and updated. Each room had an AC and ceiling fan. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and complimentary valet parking was great. There were plenty of chairs available on beach property. The bar and restaurant were excellent. The beach was beautiful, it was near another beach were there were plenty of surfers.

Loved the staff, free yoga each morning, pool/hot tub, and restaurant on site. Definitely recommend having valet park your vehicle (no cost), as the parking is snug. Would absolutely stay here again. Rooms were clean and quiet. 10/10 recommend.

Stayed in August 2024 and it was a very pleasant experience. Attended the free yoga twice, the pool area is clean and the rooms are just perfect. Amazing service by the front desk and free bike rentals to explore the area. Definitely staying here again next time.

Manger sucks!
First I tried to check in 2 hour early. Front desk says nothing available. Fine. But told me they would text me when 1 becomes available. 2 hours go by no call. Get to hotel at 3:30 still nothing available even though they checked in 3 other couples in front me. The front desk girl says I found a room it just wasn’t the room they had assigned to me (even though it was the same kind of room I had reserved) I asked the manager there at the time if I could be upgraded. But she said Nope just like that without even asking what happened. So she sucks!!! Her answer was “we do not check in people till 4pm”. (Even though as I stated before 3 other couples just checked in ahead of me).so she lied right in my face. So I told her your customer service sucks. And she was alful after that laughing it off like she had all this power. Very rude stuck up manager
