Our high-quality and air-conditioned 40 sqm 4-star apartment, newly built in 2017, in a quiet location surrounded by vineyards, offers space for two adults in the separate bedroom. There is also a pull-out couch in the living area. A crib and complete baby equipment is also available on request. The kitchen offers a 4-zone ceramic hob incl. oven, fridge incl. freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, toaster and everything you would expect in a modern kitchen. The extendable dining table offers space for 4 people. The bathroom has a large shower, towel dryer and WC. A washing machine is also available as an option. The living area has a large Smart TV with XBOX, Amazon Fire TV stick and hi-fi system. The bedroom has a large closet, chest of drawers and mirror as well as a desk.
