This beautiful vacation home offers a fantastic view of the water and is modern and tastefully decorated with many details. The house is spread over two floors and offers space for a large family or friends who want to experience a wonderful vacation in Croatia together. In the well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, blender, you can easily prepare your usual favorite dishes. Frahling lovers can look forward to 3 coffee machines.

Right on the waterfront, you'll find a private sundeck where you can relax on lounge chairs. For active guests, a kayak for 2 people is available (use at your own risk), allowing you to experience nature from the water. The covered terrace is great for dining. End the day here with a glass of wine.

Be sure to try the local fish specialties and buy the fresh catch of the day, which you can prepare on the house grill.

Zuerst herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber für die überaus freundliche Aufnahme und Betreuung. Selten ein so schönes Ambiente vorgefunden mit Liebe ins Detail. Wir wurden hezlichst mit einer warmen Mahlzeit empfangen und auch mit Grundnahrungsmittel versorgt. Konnten den Pool vom Appartment Haus nebenan mitbenutzen und waren auf eine Bootsfahrt eingeladen. Die Austattung des Hauses ist in allen Belangen extraklasse. Küche modernst eingerichtet Z.B. drei Kühlschränke. Fliegengitter und Klimaanlage überall vorhanden. 2 Ebenen haben auch ihre Vorteile. Grosse Terrasse und einfach alles sauber und gepflegt. Gartenanlage eine Augenweide. Zufahrt zum Haus eng aber bewältigbar. Überdachte Parkplätze 3 Gehminuten entfernt.Hundefreundlich da selbst Hundebesitzer. Was gibt es nicht: Spaziergänge entlang des Strandes und in unmittelbarer Umgebung nicht möglich. Problem Hundeauslauf. Keine Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hais liegt an der viel befahrenen Strasse. Motorrad Eldorado. Wir haben diese Nichtmöglichkeiten gerne in Kauf genommen und einen Traum Urlaub verbracht.
