Wohnung im Herzen von Karlshagen
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Strand und Meer liegen fast vor der Haustür, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und ein guter Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und die Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Einen kleinen Abstrich mussten wir bei der Sauberkeit, der ansonsten sehr schönen Wohnung, machen: Wir haben Hundehaare bis auf den Esstisch gefunden und haben nach der Ankunft erst einmal sehr gründlich gesaugt, das Badezimmer sauber gemacht und gelüftet. Aber alles in allem zu empfehlen.

Schöne Zeit
Negativ: Sauberkeit muss auf jeden Fall verbessert werden. Fenster total dreckig, in den Ecken waren Spinnweben. Ich zahle für die Reinigung. Tipp: Stichprobenkontrolle Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen! Positiv: die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen. Hatten trotz der Mängel eine schöne Zeit.

Schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung
Die Lage in Karlshagen ist sehr gut, wobei ich sagen muss, dass mir dieser Ort für einen Urlaub besser gefällt als die viel touristischeren Kaiserbäder. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, und zum Strand ist es nur ein Mini-Spaziergang. Das Besondere an der Ferienwohnung ist, dass man zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett hat. Durch die Galerie in der Wohnung ergibt sich ein großzügiges Raumgefühl. Der Balkon mit Süd-West-Ausrichtung ist auch groß. Das Einzige, was negativ auffiel, war, dass die Wohnung unzureichend gesäubert war. Vor allem unter den Betten lag der Staub von Wochen. Sonst aber war alles bestens.

Nett aber für Allergiker nicht geeignet
Mix zwischen Alt und Neu die Teppiche sind nicht so der Hit. Kopfkissen sollten ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten ok für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis.
