This wonderful lakefront home is the perfect escape into the serenity & beauty of Caddo Lake. It is conveniently located on Pine Island Pond, a quiet inlet off the main river and home to some of the best fishing and kayaking on the lake, 2 miles from Big Pines Lodge, Caddo Lake State Park, and Uncertain. It is a short 20 minute drive from both Marshall and historic Jefferson, TX to enjoy antiquing, historical homes, and abundant restaurants. Our wonderful property offers an incredible screened in porch with amazing views, and a quiet and peaceful atmosphere that will make guests feel right at home. With 1 king bed (with soaking tub!), 2 queen beds, and 1 set of bunk beds, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. For your convenience, we can offer the use of our freight elevator for luggage as well as those in need of mobility assistance, pending a signed release form. This house also features a private boat ramp and dock for your boat, as well as a lakefront fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows after a long day enjoying the lake. The kitchen is fully outfitted with anything you could possibly need, as well as a charcoal grill downstairs. Come enjoy our porch, the beautiful surroundings, unplug & relax to your heart's content in our lovely home! We would love to have you.
