We invited our Thai friend who is fighting cancer to stay with us.We booked a room for her. Staff refused for her access the hotel application and stated she doesn’t need it. The application is how the room service. Disappointed with the staff.

Hotel is nice and clean but need some updates, the shower was not working properly.. could not get warm water, was either too hot or just cold. My friends air conditioning stop working suddenly. I end up loosing mysteriously my prescription glasses in the room. I never took them out of the room. Be very careful with personable values.

Really enjoyed my stay at Paradox, the staff are really nice and helpful, the grounds are beautiful and nice and close to the beach...with the size of the place it was still peaceful and quiet, the Coconut pool always had a free lounger and again was nice and quiet...breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty, and offered different dishes every day...the place uses an app to keep you informed of various activities going on which was really great, would absolutely stay here again...

Beautiful gardens & perfectly situated. Staff were friendly, warm & caring & efficient. Great pool, close to many great dining options & right on the beach. Took tours on two days that were well organised through the tour desk. Sunset from our room was stunning most nights. Would return in a heartbeat.

Dual access to road & beach, excellent location for Karon, Kata, Phuket town & all the trips. Good & service excellent across the board & Mint is a great stop for pre & post dinner cocktails… oh & happy hour at the pool bar 4-6pm… have had a great stay & highly recommend to everyone. We had a Cottage king so got to use the quieter Coconut pool too. Thanks for a fab holiday

We stayed in the penthouse villa and loved the space. It was so quiet, private and overlooked the lagoon. The resort is beautifully landscaped and it is serene to walk around. The walk to the beach varies depending on the location of your room but it is not far.. Karon is definitely not the prettiest town or beach but has everything you need. If you want the crazy nightlife you can easily get to Paton. The breakfast was very nice and open 6:30-10:30. The main pool was beautiful and had plenty of shady areas. We will definitely be returning in the ‘off-season’ has it was quiet but the weather was good. If it rained it only lasted 20mins then dried up. All the staff were friendly and assisted us quickly if we had requests.

As we visited in the low season the upkeep of the resort was below standard, towards the end of our trip you could see the attention was turning to the upkeep, however, it was a shame they don’t maintain the standards all year round. The rule of no outside food around the pool area was a little ridiculous too.

Stayed there for 5 nights in a luxury villa (got upgraded on arrival). The check-in process was seamless and the stuff was really helpful, we really enjoyed having that small bath and a shower outside! Breakfast was great, special thanks to Peth and Pacifica team for their warmth and attention! Excellent coffee - variety, quality and availability of non diary options. The beach is across the road from the hotel, it'd be great if hotel had free surf boards and or boogie boards for the guests. While the villas are solidly maintained but quite tired and unrenovated , new rather than antique hair fans, permanent shampoo/gel/conditioner dispersals and free water bottles would definitely improve the overall experience. Gym is quite spacious compared to other hotels, it would be more complete if a few foam rollers were available.
