Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback on your recent experience whilst staying with us at the Moevenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket. I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectation in regards to the room in the main building. Besides the room which was booked we offer a wide choice of room types including various types of villas and suites. Should your travels bring you back to Phuket we would be glad to assist you with a reservation arranging for a room more to your liking. As of the ramp for pram or wheelchair access to all location in hotel has been discussed by the management with result that a plan is being made to rectify these failings. Best regards.

You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include 3 bars/lounges and a poolside bar. WiFi is free in public spaces. Event space at this resort measures 8170 square feet (759 square metres) and includes conference space. A children's pool, spa services, and a terrace are also featured at the luxury Paradox Resort Phuket. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) is available for a fee. Free self parking is available. A complete renovation of Paradox Resort Phuket was completed in January 2022. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 5-star Karon resort.
