Employees are kind and willing to help. Cleanliness should be better. No chairs in the room, if you would like to sit in the room, bed is the only choice. Breakfast must be better, foods having better quality must be served. Very good location, beach club is free of charge, good employees.

12-18 Ağustos 2024 tarihleri arası 202 numaralı odada kaldık. Otel merkeze çok yakın. Çalışan arkadaşlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Otel genel itibariyle temiz. Kahvaltısı güzel. Bir daha Kaş’a gelsem yine tereddütsüz aynı otelde kalırım. Fotoğraflarda ne görünüyorsa o otel.

Öncelikle isimlerini unuttuğum ama kendilerini çok sevdiğim resepsiyondaki güzel hanımefendi ve yardımsever beyefendiye çok teşekkür ederiz.Birçok konuda yardımcı oldular.Odamız temizdi.Otopark konusunda hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık ki bu Kaş için çok önemli.Otelin konumu çok iyi.Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.Balayı çifti olduğumuzu söylememiştik.Sohbet sırasında öğrendiler ve odamıza özel şarap gönderdiler.Çok nazik bir hareketti.Teşekkürler her şey için.

Konforlu ve temiz bir konaklama
Otel her şeyden önce çok temiz ve konforluydu. Odamız zemin katta olduğu için belki gürültü olur falan demiştik ama hem merkeze çok yakın hem de çok sakindi. Ayrıca odamız yokuşun başında olduğundan deniz görüyordu. Odada kettle, minibar, saç kurutma makinası vb. her türlü konfor mevcuttu. Tüm çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Kahvaltıyı gayet yeterli bulduk ama kahvaltı salonu çok sıcaktı, buna bir çözüm bulunabilir. Otelin modern tasarımını da çok beğendik. Bir daha Kaş’a gelsek yine tercih ederiz.

Otele girdiğiniz andan itibaren büyük bir özenle Covid için alınan önemlerle sizi karşılıyor ve bavul dezenfekte işlemlerinden sonra hızlıca odaya geçiyorsunuz ve oda da aynı şekilde tertemiz ve bir o kadar düzenli. Otel konumu şehir merkezinin ortasında ve akşam çarşıda yemeğinizi yiyip ve dolaşabilir ardından tek adımla otelde olabilirsiniz :) tek olumsuz yani oda da suyun ücretli olması. Onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi.

Olumlu yönleri: Merkezi bir konumda olduğu için akşamları yürüyerek istediğiniz yere gidilebiliyor. Kahvaltı güzeldi ve kahvaltı hizmeti veren personelden de çok memnun kaldık. Odalar temizdi. Balkonda çamaşır asılacak ipler vardı. Küçük ancak işe yarar bir ayrıntı. Olumsuz yönleri: Rezervasyonda ücretsiz otopark hizmeti olmasına rağmen otopark sorunu var. Her gün bir şekilde park edebildik ancak kendi başınızın çaresine bakın denilen gün de oldu. Buzdolabı çok sesli çalışıyordu. Ricamız ve ısrarımız üzerine değiştirildi ancak yeni gelen dolap da hayli sesliydi. İnternet bağlantısı çok yavaştı. Bir süre sonra vazgeçip kendi telefonunuzun internetine geçmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Çalışanlar ilk geldiğimiz andan çıkış anımıza kadar her anlamda oldukça yardımcı oldular ve oldukça güler yüzlülerdi. Kahvaltısı da oldukça yeterliydi. Temizlik konusunda da pırıl pırıldı diyebilirim. Tek ufak bir dezavantaj olarak asansör olmamasını söyleyebilirim ancak yine de görevli arkadaşlar eşyalarımızın taşınmasında da yardımcı oldular.
