Very conveniently located hotel near the Kashiwa JR station. Parking is reasonably priced for the town center. Staff is friendly and the free breakfast is tasty. Many convenience stores and good dining options within walking distance. It was rainy but I didn’t get wet thanks to the free umbrellas for guests to borrow. Check-in was quick with the machine with English language. I did not need to interact with the counter staff to get my room key card. Rooms may be a little small but that is to be expected in business hotels closer to Tokyo.

You have to be comfortable with your japanese because no one speaks English. The beds and pillows aren't soft but are adequate. They offer daily room cleaning in which you have to be out between 10 and 3 but you can cancel before 10. The staff are very polite. It's next to a major station and shopping center so it's fine if you don't mind an hour train ride into Tokyo.

Close to the train and a variety of shops
Close to the JR station, a bit tricky to find when you first get there, but a great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was filling, a good start to the day. This may be a Japanese thing, but the bed was hard. The room was a bit too cosy.

Convenient location
Everything looks wonderful,but it is not for me. Bed is hard so I asked extra bed pad. Bedcover is slippery and take my body temperature so I asked wool blanket. Breakfast is not equal to the number of guests, once I had only bread and orange juice. It was Japanese curry and Japanese food,but I normally east English breakfast. Location is fantastic.
